“Terrible Pg. I have been staying here since 2024 purely due to how close it is to the christ university YPR campus. that is the only good thing about this PG. the food is terrible, they don’t clean ur rooms properly, there is a hostel right next to the pg and those girls make way too much noise, fighting and screaming and blasting horrible music all day and sometimes even at night. the size of the rooms and how close it is to the university mentioned earlier is the only good thing. its also not hygienic, theres giant rats and cockroaches and the food has given me food poisoning twice so i have resorted to just ordering food. the food runs out quickly because they don’t make an adequate amount or make it on time. terrible place and now that the previous owners have left, its gotten worse with the new owners.”

“I am genuinely thankful that I left this PG, because staying here felt unsafe and unhealthy. Food Quality and Availability The food provided was never sufficient for all students. For example, if breakfast and coffe or tea was served at 7:30 AM, by 8:10 AM most of it would already be over. Me and my roommate often had stomach pain due to the poor food quality. Hygiene in the kitchen was highly questionable. Cleanliness & Hygiene The PG had zero cleanliness. Giant rats were seen in the cooking area and cockroaches crawled everywhere, including the dining space. The environment was extremely unhygienic and not fit for healthy living. Safety & Security There was absolutely no proper security. The owner claims to have a security guard, but in reality the so-called guard (worker) was often drunk. My advice is please think multiple times before considering this PG.”

Dipannita Saha★★★★★Guys, the new owner(the old man) of girls pg is not safe at all. I accidentally placed two orders due to a Flipkart glitch and tried to cancel one. Instead of helping, the owner brought the delivery guy to my room. They started banging on the door and shouting, even after I explained the situation. I asked him to just say I wasn’t in the PG, but he refused and forced the issue. I’m sharing this so everyone is aware of the owner’s behavior and the lack of concern for our safety.

Ive lived here for 10 months and these are some of the many things that are wrong with this place: 1) Hygiene: The hygiene is horrible. There are cockroaches, rats and lizards everywhere because the rooms are so unkempt. I constantly found cockroaches hiding in my clothes(along with their feces btw). Theres no shortage of insects in the bathroom either. 2) Food: The food may seem great but the way its prepared is so disgusting. Ive had a lot of people tell me they faced issues of food poisoning after eating from this PG, and I have faced such issues myself. I suffered an intestinal infection because of the food here as well as multiple instances of food poisoning. 3) Appliances: There are only 2 washing machines available for almost 20-30 girls and one of the machines takes hours to complete a cycle. The quality of these machines is so horrible, it will leave marks and stains on your clothes after its done washing them. The only good thing about this place is that it is really really close to Christ University, Yeshwanthpur, so if youre planning to stay in this PG, please consider it only as a last resort. It is much cheaper than

Rakesh MG★★★★★Top-notch amenities and peace of mind. This is hands down the best PG in the area for students and working professionals. The power backup is seamless, and the environment is quiet enough to focus or work from home. Security is excellent with CCTV and proper entry logging. Cleanliness is maintained daily. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay
