very unhappy with my stay at this hostel. The food quality is extremely poor. They often serve smelly and spoiled food, which is not only unpleasant but also unhealthy. I get food poisoning very often because of the food The vegetables are always undercooked, making them difficult to eat. Additionally, there is never enough food for a second serving, leaving many residents still hungry after meals. The room conditions are also very disappointing. There is no ventilation, which makes the rooms stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. The lack of fresh air contributes to an overall unpleasant living environment. I strongly recommend the parents to not let your child stay here🙂. Worst hostel in Banglore

If you're thinking about putting you child in this place then better take your time and choose wisely. There are a lot of hostels/Pg available in the area which provide far better hospitality then this place. Just because it's office number is available in the kristu jayanti college prospectus you don't need to necessarily put your child in there. Besides the food is as bad as it can possibly be. The chicken smells weird, the potatoes are undercooked, and the biryani is just pulao.... Seriously though you can really find a better place for your child then this hostel right here. The cleaning aunties are also very inconsiderate of your space and will throw the shoes you have kept under your bed in different corners of the room this is another reason I often clean the room by myself. Sure it's close to the college and it's managed by your own people... Blah blah blah whatever. But practically speaking you will hear complaints from your child every now and then.

Worst hostel... My nephew was put into this prison without knowing. Finally he's out after the first year. Issues over here. * Unhygienic atmosphere * very very bad food (boys find worms everyday) * continous power cuts * students made to put good reviews or a fine will be imposed. * they found a snake (cobra) in the toilet * your deposit will not be returned, if asked while leaving they will mention it as maintenance amount. This place is a scam.... Before you admit your loved ones please talk to the students there.

This hostel has to be the worst hostel in Bangalore. The food is bad, the puris they serve are too oily, the curry is mostly water more than curry, the chicken curry is mostly bones and no chicken, the chapati is dry. The students here have found worms and cockroaches in their food as shown in the pictures below and the management doesn't do anything about it. The mess is way too expensive and we can't even change it and the mess is compulsory on top of that. If you are staying here be prepared to face a lot of electricity and water shortages, the water shortages are the worst, this one time water shortage happened on monday morning and everyone was getting ready or in the toilet when the water stopped. The infrastructure is very bad as well, me and a lot of my friends have broken things in their room which the management refuses to fix, things like broken flush, fan etc. I don't know why they are taking 10000 rupees as maintainance if they can't even maintain it. The people here are not good either, many times me and my friends have gotten our clothes stolen from the terrace. Hostel doesn't even have powerback, During power cut off, everything goes nill. Lot of mosquitos. We tried complaining everything about the food but the same story...no variety for veg specially in the afternoon...items in mess are very repeating ones. Mess is compulsory for 4,500 ( not even seem to be 2000 worth) They are only running business clearly, Student or parents if you are watching this review.. it's completely genuine. Please don't send your child here, He will be in trap for 1 full year. Please!

There are lot of drawbacks to this hostel like curfew timing and all. But all of them are manageable except for the horrible food they provide. They provide watery curries that lack any flavour, uncooked hard to chew chapati, oily puri ; especially the lunch menu makes you vomit which usually is just rice with some curries that they claim to be "Sambhar" and "Dal" 🤢 . All the while being the most expensive mess around the college This hostel is a trap go for any other hostel
