This is by far the worst PG experience I have ever had. The place is infested with bed bugs, the rooms are extremely congested, and cleanliness is poorly maintained. I was charged ₹8,000 for a 3-sharing room, while I later found out that others in the same room type were paying ₹6,500–₹7,500. It’s clear that the PG owner charges different rents based on favoritism and politics, especially between Kannada and non-Kannada tenants. I paid ₹5,000 as an advance and stayed for only one month because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. When I vacated, the PG owner deducted ₹2,500 as “maintenance charges,” which felt completely unfair given the poor hygiene and lack of proper facilities. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this PG. There are far better and more transparent options available in the area for the same or even lower rent.

Absolutely the worst PG experience ever. Please avoid at all costs. Don’t join if you have self respect. I’ve lived in Electronic City, Marathalli, Koramangla and trust me this one is the worst. After I paid the 1-month rent and ₹5000 advance, the owner started revealing hidden conditions like: • Charged me extra for WiFi without my knowledge. • No washing machine • Pay extra for using gas stove • No food provided for 3 days every month (not mentioned before payment) and no lunch on all days(not even weekends). • ⁠Only one lady is employed for the whole building for cleaning, cooking etc. For washing utensils she kept “Rin” soap coz it’s cheaper than vim bar. Once you pay, her attitude completely changes, behaving as if she’s some high-level professor. I stayed for 1 month and she kept ₹2000 with her from my 5000 deposit and took 1 week to pay me back rest of the amount. She randomly asked me to change my room just to accommodate a guy who was paying more and shifted my roommate from 2 sharing to another 3 sharing room and increased his rent by 1000 or asked him to leave the pg. Not a good place, Faced many sever problems here. Money was stolen several times from inside of my room and when i complained no action was taken. When i talked to others in the pg they reveled even more shocking stories, i randomly talked to 6 to 7 people and around 5 people said that money was stolen, one guy's Rs. 5,000 was also stolen, I don't know why no one has written this in the review. This pg doesn't have washing machine and WiFi. Food is good but you will not get afternoon food and no non-veg and forget about Paneer, Sunday's dinner is the worst. Over all price is not reasonable as i feel. Owner and care-takers behave rudely sometimes.I have never written bad reviews but sadly i have to write so that others also don't face the same problems as i have. I suggest to please find a better place where you can feel safe and where you will be treated nicely.

After pay the 1month rent and advance amount then the Owner was mentioning about conditions like no wifi , no washing machine, and no food for 3days in a month, and once you pay amount she will order you don't call me aunty call me madam as if she professor and for half day she hold 1000. Don't prefer to join this pg. Owner is very worst person. I haven't seen this kind of kachada person in my life

They not providing wifi, fridge, good mineral water, and not recharge tv. There is no light backup. No any single days cleaning bathroom and room. They keep very dirty pg. There is no swipper for cleaning. They are giving stale food and spoil food, smalling too much rice and roti. They store stale food and giving after four five days. They providing cheap quality of food and no given green vegetables ever and no provide pulse. Pease boys, do not akshaya pg.

The rent is 7000 for double sharing, they don't clean the rooms frequently and many times cook will disappear without any prior notice causing so much of inconvenience. No WiFi (Minimum Requirement for Students), No washing machine, No Inverter. The pungent smell had been so worst that I was getting headache whenever I go to corridor. The management is not so good.

Don't join this pg because they are not providing good food even though they are charging too high that is 6750 rupees per month, secondly they will never give back your advance amount if you ask your advance amount they will say lot of reasons and deduct your amount...so forget about your advance, even though during the lockdown period they have sucked the money from us . And I lost my advance amount too. If you just make one day late for paying your rent then the owner will ask you the fine amount per day. There is no security for your things, and that owner lady has not returned my advance amount. So guys please be careful before strucking here. For this high rent you will get good Pg please don't go there
