Place is good, away from city, surrounded by farm. The hostel/hotel is pretty new and they was no one staying there when I went there. I stayed there for a few days at 300/- per day, food cost excluded. Owner was nice person. He will help if you have any problem. This is the room I stayed at. 24x7 hot water There was no washing machine or wifi during my stay, else it would have been better. I dont know much about the transport facilities available there. I used to walk around places and roam. At times I have take buses to Seethakempanahalli and OLA cabs as well. Cab will be very expensive, try to stick to public transport to minimize the travelling expense. There are 2-3 places where you can go for food in the nearby village. You will get daily use items from there as well. I havent seen actual sharing rooms for students but it might be decent as the place is new.

Very good ambience specially for studies. And every room(spacious) is provided with branded matrices, cupboards and wash rooms r also in a good shape (ventilation etc), washing machine is also available. Overall its a really good place to live.
