Why the score — what people flag
“Bad neighbourhood. People constantly burn garbage near the PG. I have spoken to the PG manager regarding it and he said it's not his responsibility. The lack of concern of the manager to health of residents is deplorable. I thought the PG near a lake would mean fresh air, but it turns out to be totally the opposite Food is fine, timing is an issue though. You will have to wait. That is not much of a problem, but the neighbourhood and lack of empathy towards residents is very sad”

“They don't serve food acc to time. They say certain timings but the food is always 30min to 1 hour late. And if we come late, we wont find food. Furthermore, also a bad area/locality where people burn garbage (plastics, paper, etc.) near the PG. And many people smoke cigarettes near and around the PG, can smell the smoke from inside the rooms. Not a good place for people with respiratory issues/for those who want to keep their health in mind.”

“I stayed at SR Co-Living PG in a single sharing room for about 6 months, and I strongly advise against staying here. The biggest issue is their complete lack of honesty regarding the security deposit. When I moved in, the manager, Chandra, took a ₹15,000 deposit and explicitly told me that only ₹3,000 would be deducted for annual maintenance. This ₹3,000 deduction is clearly written on my receipt. For my last two months, I wasn't even living at the PG because I had to travel to another city for work. I gave my notice 20 days in advance and vacated a week after giving notice. Despite all of this, Chandra arbitrarily deducted ₹5,000 instead of the agreed-upon ₹3,000, completely ignoring what was on the receipt. Beyond the deposit scam, the living conditions themselves are miserable: The Room: I was placed in the smallest room available with literally zero windows and absolutely no natural sunlight. Amenities: The washing machine doesn't even wash clothes properly. Instead of cleaning them, clothes actually come out with dirt still stuck to them. Food & Staff: The food quality is highly questionable, and to make matters worse, the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful when you t”

Everyday cleaning takes place by their arranged timings set by the owner. Very good And excellent pg for people working near IT location like eco space 24 hours electricity will be provided with electricity backup if required Very much recommended pg for people staying nearby bellandur and green glen layout

Actually, the cleanliness is well maintained, and since it is a newly opened PG, all the equipment is new and in good condition. Housekeeping is done properly and regularly, which makes the place very comfortable to live in. Feels like home with my friends.
