The service is good and the caretaker is good, but the property manager is terrible. At first, he's nice, picks up every call, and acts friendly to get your deposit. But as soon as you move out, he completely disappears. He won't pick up your calls or answer your messages. In my case, I moved out on August 28th and told him, but he didn't generate the exit code until September 1st. Because he did it so late, 2000 was unfairly taken from my deposit. I've been trying to contact him so many times, but he ignores me completely. I even raised a ticket with the finance support team and got no response. They made a mistake and kept my money. I would never recommend this place, and it's all because of the manager.

Worst PG Experience - Please Don’t Choose Zolo Bartan PG I had the worst experience staying at Zolo Bartan PG. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. All 5 star ⭐ review are fake please don't believe that They make fake promises during onboarding. The electricity bill is over ₹1000 per person, which is ridiculously high and feels like a scam. The electricity meter is completely fake. No food is provided, and even if they say otherwise, don’t believe it. The place is full of rats, cats, cockroaches, and bedbugs – it’s completely unhygienic and unsafe. House cleaning is only spoken about, but never actually done. If you complain about anything, they’ll blame you instead of solving the issue. The manager is non-responsive and completely careless when it comes to residents’ issues. I’ve attached pictures as proof of the condition of the place. If you’re looking for a PG, I’d highly recommend checking local options nearby. Most local PGs offer much better service than Zolo. Don’t fall for the branding – Zolo is not worth your time or money.

Zolo is so active in charging penalties for late rentals but doesn’t care with services. Lift has got functioning issues for more than a month and still no resolution. To fix a hot water pump they took more than 20 days. Regular water has frequent problems with no water on some days due to tanker issues etc. zero accountability, zero responsibility. Very poor service.

Worst PG with age old beds filled with tons of dust, mites and bedbugs. Very untidy. Very irresponsive management , won't care for tenants problems when reported. They prolong the issues, if some one strongly questions them , they will mercilessly ask them to vacate. Thoroughly check yourselves before you join. You can check bites of bed bugs as well.

MOST PATHETIC PG AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Zolo has many hidden charges and the management is the worst. They keep on increasing the rent every now and and for a 2 sharing room the actual rent is 7K but you will end up paying more than 10K for sure per month. They will change around 2000 for the rental agreement and later charge a GST on it They will charge the electricity charges for 4X prices then the government tarrif Eg: My consumption was 38 units but 550 was charged while the electricity price in Bengaluru is just ₹5.90 per unit and later you will also see a GST charged on that The rent shown in app is excluding the GST and it's charged on rent at 12% They have charges for initiating a notice period. That charge ₹250 per month for water The water in the PG is not that good and I'm experiencing some rashes and itching since I moved in If you leave the PG within one year you deduct 2000 from the deposit There is no dedicated parking place for the PG however in the app it's shown that the parking is available... Instead we park the vehicle on the road beside the PG's compound wall In a nutshell.. please do not join Zolo if you wish to live a peaceful stay.. ZOLO is n

My experience after living here for an year: - there are a lot of hidden charges that they keep on increasing, single sharing room is 12.5k on website, but including all the hidden charges, you'll end up paying almost 15k+(without food). They charge extra 250 Rs. for water and electricity separately(~500-900Rs) in which whole buildings(common areas like lift generator etc) bill is also split in between tenants only, zolo doesn't wanna pay a penny from their end it seems. - wifi sucks, the most basic plan and that too with an upper cap of 150Gb, if u use more than that, you'll have to pay extra....profit maximisation ultra pro max. - parking space is the worst here, half the parking is occupied by debris/concrete due to construction going on nearby and other half also sometimes locals park their vehicles, no action from management even though lot of complaints regarding that. Pls AVOID this place if u have a vehicle, getting parking here will give you migraine, quite literally. It seems all they care about is charging you for anything and everything.

Only good thing i would agree is, cleanliness that they maintain. Worst & Congested space, not even worth to be called as a mansion. 2 people cant stand at the same time, and the bathrooms are the most congested ones. Zolo is an other pathetic support, anything should be on app based tickets, and they charge you for everything, even if you inform you will the day 1, you want to quit. and Rs 500+ for the electricity charges, and we have no rights to ask for room level breakup. Anything would have cost involved, and if you want to loose more money with less comfort, go for it !!

Zolo is increasing rent every month and it has started to change for water also. Now they are trying to loot us in the name of GST. Worst PG ever. It's better to join some other PG or buy a flat rather than staying in this stupid Zolo

So the full and final amount has not been adjusted with the GST that has been charged again. They have charged the GST amount twice and the reason they are giving is that is required to keep the property running. May as well keep a bowl outside the gates and ask for the alms like beggars do. In the end toi have to run the property so would not matter. I would avoid the group now a other PGs near by are not charging GST. But they are not sure if they are sending it ahead as well.. AVOID if possible

The rooms are small and conjusted. The worst part is the bathroom which is very small and it doesn't have shower in it which makes it more difficult to take shower. Water issue, wifi issue. When I shifted there the lift was not working for almost an year. The only thing that made me to stay over there was private room at an affordable price but as they have increased the room rent, its better to move out of it. At the same rent you can get much better pgs than Barton. No guarded bike parking. The bikes have to be parked on the street. Overall worst place to live is Barton. Sir you are asking to report this to zolo. Small things like for wifi I had raised multiple tickets during my stays. They hadn't paid any attention to that and everytime they closed the ticket stating issues had been resolved. Regarding water during my stays, in initial days when I shifted in Barton there were times when I had started the motor to fill up tank so that I could get water in my room. And you are asking that I should report. Go on check the database of zolo. U will find multiple tickets regarding these. I have already moved out of that pg. The worst zolo property I have ever been. Worst PG ever, Zolo can't take care of problems or can't solve any problem regarding water,food and maintenance related services. I'm staying here from past 6months,so I'm telling this from experience. Here no one is responsible for any kind of issues. Either PG's caretakers take responsibility nor Zolo organization or area manager. Coming here is totally waste and only 2 times food is provided from March 2021. So whoever is thinking of staying at Zolo vision,better you can look for any other better options or PG's than this one.I would have not even given a single star for this,but I cannot do it because I must give a star..! Zolo says one thing and does another thing. They can't keep up their promises,so don't believe whatever they say to you. Lift is worst here, every now and then it gets collapsed. Almost every month once it will be having some or other issues. Many of the reviews are fake, majority of people work in zolo only so they given fake good reviews. Just check out the image below,it's been more than a month I raised the ticket yet the problem is unsolved and whenever we call Zolo customer either they don't receive or say problem will be solved in 2-3 days.

Wrost Maintenance. Poor service by customer care executives. For every small and big problem we have to raise ticket and we don’t know when it will solve or sometimes it won’t solve. Using WIFI is out of scope, whenever internet stopped or slow we have to raise ticket, it will take 2-3days to solve. If you think to use Mobile data instead of wifi., mobile signals won’t be there at any time. Food is fine and No separate parking space, risk at your own. Lift won’t work properly, as a bonus sometimes you will struck in that lift also. I had that experience. Overall, If you want peaceful stay , please don’t choose this ZOLO VISION because every-time people can’t raise tickets and wait for 2-3days to solve.

Biggest scam, bad quality service wifi not working lift is not there they will charge you rs 930 for double sharing room electricity. please don’t stay in this pg the worst Zolo ever. Without any intimation they will increase the rent charges.
