“I am giving 1 rating bcoz of nothing available lesser than that rating . In reality that's not a residency if u seen by name .it's a PG rooms converted into residency rooms !!! Please don't become a fool like me . It's conbained looting business betweenake my trip and Yashswini residency . They are very smart people to make sure nothing happened wrong from their end. I suggest if planned for family stay 200% big no .. no room service ..no hotel or food available to near placess ,very small ( hardly 100 square feet incidinh bath room )room have to pay Rs 2300/night. I have attached some photos for 2300 room”

“Worst hotel and service. I would like to give ZERO rating but no option provided so giving 1 star. Don't stay here! We booked rooms for family and they asked us to pay full amount. We did it and when we checked in, they asked for extra money, no hot water/WIFI facility was available. Tap was damaged and not worked. Flush was not working.. Poor parking facility. When we made a complaint to manager, no action taken as we paid fully while checked in Money minded Worthless service for money Poor parking facility No Hot water facility No WIFI facility Flush and tap was not working Unhygienic rooms and environment No Cleanliness Delayed response from Owner Poor Service from Manager”

“Never visit this hotel , when I reached the hotel the person in the counter told me to cancel the booking from Oyo and told me to directly book with them .He misbehaved and didn't allow us inside telling we don't have Covid report but I showed him Covid report but I didn't cancelled the oyo booking so he simply raise an issue saying we don't have Covid report . Please be safe and don't visit this hotel .”

“The owner is very rude. There was some issue regarding the tap which we asked him to resolve, he immediately bought an plumber and blamed on us that we broke the tap. Later after several arguments, he said he'll bear the cost, but he made sure that if anyone else from different rooms make an issue over the same tap issue, we were liable for the loss and he took video of us to ensure that we are responsible for all the taps for the rooms booked by us for that particular day. Literally so rude omg I've never met such an hotel owner in my life”

Disrespectful service. Please don't think of this hotel if you really want to have a peaceful stay in Mysore. Dipu Thomas Raju★★★★★I booked 2 rooms in this hotel through OYO and made payment. Once I reached the hotel they asked extra Rs 800 per Room for Check In. The hotel staff was also very rude. The hotel was also nothing like what is seen in the picture. Finally I have to inform OYO about the incident and cancel my booking. Any one visiting Mysore don’t book this hotel.
