“I stayed at Keshava PG for Gents in BTM Layout from the evening of 21/07/2025. I paid ₹2200 for 10 days (till 31/07/2025) along with an advance of ₹1000. Due to getting a job opportunity in my home location, I left the PG on 25/07/2025 and immediately informed the owner. When I asked for my advance back, the owner completely refused. At first, the owner behaved nicely, but later his true attitude came out. He became aggressive and rude. Since I’m from another state and he is a local guy, he even said: “You are in my place, I will show you what I can do.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I felt unsafe and disrespected, so I silently left the PG and returned home without arguing. The PG itself is in terrible condition: Rooms are poorly maintained Washrooms are filthy and unhygienic No proper cleaning Food is low quality and I even found insects in it The management is unprofessional, and the owner shows no respect or basic humanity. 👉 Not only for outsiders or people from other states — I don't recommend this PG even for locals or anyone who believes in fairness and decency. We are all Indians, and we should help each other, not intimidate or cheat. This place goes ag”
