The place is completely out of place. We had booked it with some great hope to have fun but.....disappointed. Pool is dirty, rooms are shabby and the washrooms are unclean. No AC in the property. No TVs in room. No proper mobile network, you will definitely get irritated. The wifi is 2G. The caretakers are very arrogant. The owner seems to sell the property hence not maintained at all. Good thing is blinkit and swiggy works fine.

As my recent visit with my family I felt very bad experience. There is no proper maintaince. Wifi also won't work properly. Lot of leakage is there in the ceilings. There is no proper water supply to washrooms. U won't get proper network also. Very bad ambience. Finally my suggestion is if anyone going with family please ignore it. Better choose some other resort.

Most horrendous place to be in. Badly maintained. They don’t provide you with any of the below: Towels, clean linen, ACs not working anywhere in the property, no mosquito coil, etc. Pool was dirty and murky!!! Staff was rude. Except for the cook who we pay extra to and we provide ration did a good job. Place is very very very badly maintained. Unhygienic and dirty kitchen, bathrooms, utensils, everything is dirty to the core! It’s a hub of mosquito breeding! Being with family and ignoring the surroundings was the only saving grace. Expensive stay without basic comforts. I will not recommend anyone to go with their families. I was going through other reviews where someone has complained about broken flush plate and the owner has apologised. BTW it’s still the same!

Worst place for families. Rating it 1 star is also a big thing. It was disgusting place. The faucets and hardware was old and scaled. There was fungal gorwth on some hardware. Water was leaking in some rooms. The mattress was old. The rooms were smelly. The staff is another whole story. The manager is rude bihar. He does not have manners to speak. The owner forced us to check out before 12pm itself. It was not worth the money.

One of worst staying experience, they want only money and poor quality rooms and service, No water, no hot water. staffs at reception are worst(they themselves drinkingand partying). There are so many ways one can face trouble here. No instructions given while checkin. Beds and rooms are full of dust not well maintained, when raise this concern they say this is not 5star hotel. I think it's not even having 1star standards. I paid 8k extra for some rooms they didn't even inform guests take those extra rooms. My guest as to use floors to sleep such embarrassing moment for me.

Will start with the basics. The pool wasn't the cleanest. Not bad but the good things stop here itself. The rooms seemed fine till one washroom had the toilet bowl discharge line spilling contents onto the bathroom floor. Not a new issue. Read it now on recent reviews as well. Room no 2 had a water leakage through the floor pinning, a person had a shower inside and a lot of water leaked out into the bedroom soiling the additional mattress with water. Site says 85mbps internet wifi. On inquiry came to know the wifi works only in one room, and the internet is not recharged so was pointless. Site sits on a dead front cellular service wise. Vodafone didn't work. Airtel had its issues as well. Couldn't stream music for the most part. Apparently 2 rooms have Air conditioning. AC unit is present but non operational. One room had a cooler which worked. The fan is insufficient in these months. I actually after a night with mosquitoes drove home to sleep for 2 hours and come back to property to pick up my stuff. On call with owner it has to be one of the worst behaviours I've seen with a host .. call is happening at 1 am on a birthday party thing. Property lacks decent sanitation cz of

We booked the place through airbnb one month back and the price quoted was very high. So we assumed that the place will be very well maintained. After arriving , we were asked to share the menu based on which the grocery would be bought and the food would be served accordingly. Soon after that we started getting the feel of the place, The property was NOT AT ALL maintained. Forget about decor, the paint on the wall was coming off at places due to seepage, the bedside table drawers were broken. the bathroom taps and rusted and not even working, the drain the bathroom were blocked, flush was broken, the latches broken , cigarette buds thrown, glass panes were broken for windows and doors. There was NO WIFI and AC, even though it was mentioned in the amenities provided and is very basic thing these days. in addition there was hardly any network and hence no internet connection and could hardly hear anyone on calls. The swimming pool was also not at all maintained. The only saving grace for the place was the food and hence given a star rating. The sad part is all these issues could have easily been fixed given the amount of money they are charging for the stay, but they didn't bothe

If you are looking for a weekend getaway with family, this is not the place for you! The place is not just improperly maintained, the “staff” gave us a feeling, we were encroaching their privacy! This experience has left a big question on how such places get qualified to be on the main hits!!! The relief we had after leaving the place was of a soldier being alive after a war! Hopefully someone will read this review and thank us for not choosing this place:)

If incompetency and mismanagement had a face it's this resort!! They are magicians who can turn an empty swimming pool to a dirty algae water hole in span of hours and super chlorinate to even a mosquito flying near it. And toilet flush, it squirts water beneath it to all directions except where it's supposed to Overall stay away!

firstly it ie expensive not maintained to give at that price no one was der to welcome asked to get Id proof.. there was no one sitting at the reception to check.... staff was drunk old Man chef and on this the owner does not reduce thr price i think she hasn't check this plc since long time ... just by checking on camera.does not make a difference... no tap in one room bud bugs, mosquito and some other insects too... n its so so so dirty... plus pool OMG we all had rashes when we got back home..... worst experience and expenses for this kind of stay and service l....

Scamster Alert! Anzar is the most unprofessional owner/manager I have ever dealt with. He took a duplicate booking and left me hanging for a week when I asked for refund! He stops picking calls after you transfer advance amount and just texts he will call back, and never does!! I lost my patience dealing with this guy
