Got typhoid 3 days after joining, when requested for a refund of the security deposit the owner Mr. MADHAV Blocked me. For staying in pg for 3 days I lost 6.5k rent and 3k dep advance that i paid along with a 1000 refundable deposit. Don't trust these people.

Well managed. Food is Okay (3 times a day) Both Phulka and Rice are available for Dinner The Best in the locality. Very much worth for the price. Advance: 3000 (1500 Refundable when you vacate) Rent per month: 7000 for 3 sharing room and 9000 for 2 sharing room. 4 Sharing rooms are also available. Rent per day: ₹350 (All the above details are as of July 2023) Facilities: Smart TV (one per room), 2 Washing Machines, Free Wifi, Lift, and CCTV. Very Humble Manager. Only disadvantage is that parking space is very small, but manageable.
