Food and amenities are good here but cleanliness in a concern, common fridge, dustin and lobby during weekends are very unhygienic. Wi-Fi is super weak. If you WFH don't opt for this PG. Secondly, in case of emergency if you have to vacate they don't consider and return atleast your deposit amount which is promised to refund. I paid 5k as deposit and due to emergency did inform around 10 days prior that might vacant early and even surplus rent was with them. They didn't agree to return 2k. Understanding the case, consideration could be done but they didn't. 1 week's rent and 5k deposit amount they kept on hold. Very upset. Seeing hard earned money going in vane like that.

This is one of the worst PG I’ve stayed in. At first glance, the PG looked nice and that’s the only reason we decided to stay here. But once we moved in, the reality was completely different. The rooms were not clean, Wi-Fi Also not working, hygiene was neglected, and the food was of very poor quality. The management is careless and never responds to complaints. To make things worse, they refused to return my advance deposit. I regret choosing this PG and would strongly suggest others not to be fooled by appearances.

COCKROACHES 🪳🪳are literally everywhere in the room…from bathroom to cupboard everywhere and if you ask them to do something they’ll spray hit and no proper solution like pest control or something was done even though everyone has this problem and they 3000 from your security in the name of maintenance and this is the type of maintenance they are providing!!!

I stayed there from NOV 2025 - MAR 2026. I took the biggest dual sharing room. It was around 13k with 5k deposit Why 3 stars: - Food is better comparatively (two days non veg, rest is veg. Don't expect lunch it's mostly same stuff everyday, they out least amount of effort for lunch). They make good food on weekends mostly. Sometimes they give desserts as well. - they have a the extra sitting area on the rooftop, which is quite nice if you want to work or study, the little gym area which is mostly cardio with 2kg and 5kg dumbbell and some board games are quite fun. I have studied there quite a lot of times. It's peaceful. -they have fingerprint security, rarely there was issue with water supply or warm water supply, maybe sometimes but not always. They keep it clean and well maintained. Why deduct 2 stars: - the facilities for the rent was too high. I'm currently in a pg near Koramangala area and I am paying same amount for even better room with better facilities. Also Before joining we have asked the bhaiya about my situation and if he would be willing to return the deposit in 2 weeks notice. He said he will but he went on leave and the actual owner said she won't since she wasn'

Stayed in this PG for 5 months. Overall good place to live, it's near to bhartiya city campus. They maintain cleanliness and clean rooms and bathrooms on alternate basis, could increase the installation of washing machines though. It has WiFi and speed is decent. Breakfast is quite good but they can add a side dish for rice in lunch. Paid 13k for a double sharing room, which is spacious enough, but looking at the amenities, it felt a little extra. Overall experience is good. 🙂

The PG is seriously we'll maintained. Personally I liked more. The beds, rooms and the place in general is very clean and house keeping done everyday. Meals are available that taste like home cooked food. Common areas can be used for work from home people and kitchen is available for the guests to cook. Kitchen is clean!! All stationary things are available near by only. Terrace is available for some quiet time by yourself. Having play zone to chill And gym to maintain health. All is there what we ecpect I stayed here for a month and would continue living here Overall, a very great experience.
