Decent place, avg food. Good Easily accessible from the main road There is car parking space available outside the rooms. Very responsive and courteous host. Badminton, football available Bon fire and visit to coffee estate was arranged Average Food was very bland and tasteless. Water taste was good but had suspended particles floating Bad Bed was pretty run down. Blankets were mouldy. No room cleaning done during the stay.

Updated Review: I am updating my previous review as the owner called me personally to apologize for the unprofessional behavior. It turns out he had recently been a victim of a financial scam, which led to his defensive and unfortunate reaction during our transaction. While the initial experience was very disappointing and the accusations were uncalled for, I appreciate the owner taking accountability and explaining the situation. If you book here, I still recommend being very clear with payment confirmations, but it is good to know that the owner values his reputation enough to make amends.

Very beautiful place to stay and the owner is very kindhearted, there are lot things to do enjoy as group. Sports activity and indoor games. But food is average for spicy lovers distance is considerable from Chikkamagalure.
