This is the worst pg I have ever leaved.I joined in this pg in Jan 2025, It the initial days it's good .And the pg owner madam is also very good she speaks with respect to every one.But the manager in this pg his name is sandeep his mentality is very bad his very behaviour towards the pg staying people is very bad.I think madam should think twice about him .In my opinion better to replace him it's quite good.its just my suggestion madam.why I am saying this is i losh my ear pods.I asked him to check in the cc camera but when I ask him it's very careless and not taking any responsibility

First review on July, 2025 I'm currently staying in this PG and regret joining. When I signed the 11 month agreement, there was no mention of electricity charges, but now they suddenly ask us to pay separately. Maintenance is terrible - microwave broken for weeks, fridge is dirty, bathrooms are not cleaned and complaints are ignored. If you're late with rent even by a day, they constantly text you. But if you report an issue, no one responds. The manager is careless and the owner avoids responsibility. The food used to be good (as per older reviews), but now it’s bad. This PG is also costlier than others nearby. On leaving, they demand one month’s rent if you don’t give notice and even threaten legal action. Don’t trust the old reviews, mostly paid review as pg balcony and room definitely doens't looks like this on the time of the reviews posted. So those are shared to the people by the PG management. The PG has gone downhill. Avoid it. Update after leaving- Left the PG on August, 2025, I gave a 15 day notice and wasn’t charged any penalty, while my PG mates were charged for the same notice period. I believe this was because I posted this review. The owner called me once regarding

Food is good, it's a four-floor building where everything is available on every floor like a washing machine, fridge, a mini kitchen is also available for cooking, The new building is clean and neat in BTM 2nd stage.

I’ve been staying at this PG for around four months now, and honestly, the experience has been really good. Workspace in the basement it’s peaceful, perfect for working or studying, and just a great environment overall. When it comes to food, the North Indian dishes are a highlight! The quality is way better compared to many other PGs, and the dining area is really amazing the ambience is really nice and nicely maintained. There’s secure two wheeler parking, and the staff here are friendly and helpful. Overall, i would definitely recommend it to others as well!

Infrastructure and Management are good, they will make the changes immediately and very safe pg. Compared to other pg food is good here. Good environment with greens. Very peaceful to study and we have good place to self cook also. We can feel like a home. Thanks for management ❤️
