I stayed in this PG and had many issues. The rooms are very small and the cost is very high for the space provided. The maintenance is very poor and the management is not good. If we report any repair issues, they do not fix them on time. Even after many reminders, it takes 5–10 days to solve simple problems. The owners, Rajesh and Kiran, seem very money-minded. They behave as if they are doing charity for us. They also think their PG is the best in the whole area, which is not true. The only positive thing is that the food is somewhat good. Overall, I am not satisfied with the management and maintenance. I would not recommend this PG.

Worst pg ever. Owner is completely money minded. I fall sick after eating there. 0 hygenic sense. Mosquitos are like hell. He won't even care about our complaints. He always says he will fix tomorrow but won't do anything.

My 6 months feedback Pro's --> Food : OK --> Rooms : Spacious as per sharing --> Maintenance : Nice Con's --> after 10:30pm lift will close --> If you want drinking water after 10:30pm you need to come down by stairs even if you are in 5th floor or 5th+ and need to climb again there is no water tins provide in middle of the floors.
