This is the worst PG I've ever seen. there are cockroaches inside the kitchen, it's unhygienic, durty and PG rent is also high and he PG owner has dual personality issues like a sanke. I stayed 2 months in this PG .My honest suggestion is don't go this PG search for good and hygienic PG

By far one of most worst pg rants and cockroach in Kitchen. Rude cook and other people who work. Owner is abusive and if even a delay of 1 day they will lock the room. Extremely bad wifi, washing machine is also bad along with only work in evening that too they won't let you dry clothes complete. Once a week room cleaning for that also you have to call the cleaner forget about bathroom getting cleaned it like 1 in 2 week or so. Room are small and no hit water supply no Power backup. No security for anything. All the floors are dirty. Friendly advice NEVER STAY IN THIS PG.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The owner will brag about all the facilities they provide in the beginning (like free wifi water can for 5rs and so on). Once you pay the advance and rent and move in here, that's when you will realize it was a mistake. On the first day I slept here all of my body was bitten by bedbugs. I complained and I was given another room which was of the same condition . There is bedbugs in all rooms, I was shifted 4 rooms which all had large number of bedbugs . This place is a bedbug hive. Not only that remember the 5 rs water can, after joining the pg it costs 50rs. The food is even worse. There is wifi but they will say they don't know the password. The owner is the most cruel person I have ever met in my life. At the beginning he will say the advance will be returned when we vacate, but when we vacate he will say that it will only be returned when someone new comes in. At first he will say to come after a month. When you go after a month he will say 'no one has come, come after a week' . This story will go on forever and he will never return the advance . Everyone beware of this pg and even if you are going to stay here please don't give him

I visited the pg because my friend lives in here. Its very unhygienic. The entrance is full of waste and garbage. No proper system. Rooms are also very dirty. Idk how they even convince students to stay. They charge around 7k monthly rent. For student, they provide van services to pick and drop them from coching centre. The food is also not good. So please think before you join here. They charge so much yet do not provide basic needs.

I had a horrible experience at Kartik Raj PG Accommodation. The owner is extremely rude and untrustworthy. He took ₹1000 as a security deposit but returned only ₹500 when I left, with no proper reason. The food is terrible, there’s absolutely no cleanliness, and to make things worse, there were cockroaches inside the room. The place is completely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The owner, who is over 60 years old, behaves very arrogantly and treats tenants poorly. Living here felt like hell. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this PG.

Worst PG it is. Food is not good & mess is tooo worst & lots of cockroach. Worst maintenance. Owner is not good his behaviour not good. In joining time his behaves very good after check out he behaves very rude. Girls don't join here it's my humble request.

Don’t fall into the trap of the owner. He is sweet initially and will promise you all the facilities. Once you and start living in the PG, you’ll not get any facilities like wifi (they don’t remember the password), once in a week the room gets cleaned (for namesake), fans are not repaired even after repeated complaints. Be extremely careful when you vacate the Pg as the owner will try his best to take another month’s rent and will make false calculations. He is very cunning and pretends to be humble (he is not). They’ll never return your advance even though you inform them about vacating the PG a month prior.

Worst pg ever.. The owner is a big fraud. He'll never give you any facilities. When you go ask for something he says it will be done but he'll never do it. He'll not even give back the security deposit. When I went and asked for the security deposit while leaving he started manhandling me and even did beat me. He even pulled out a knife. (I know this doesn't seem real but this is what all happened when I was about leave pg). Ultimately I didn't get my money and even got manhandled for asking security deposit.

Very bad PG among all in Bengaluru. Food are not like to eat. So many students are staying here. They are saying totally bad food so they were taking food from others while paying food price to PG. Again behaviour of the staff and others are not so good.

Interior isn't in good condition. Yes Outview is attractive. There is a problem of bed bugs and not hygiene Food ain't good either If you're okay with it it'd worth for you. But it's better option to find other PG. This is totally worthless. Yes the price is 7K around. They'll take the advance and they'll refund the half of amount at the time of leaving. But it never happened. When you ask for the money they'll be like tomorrow and tomorrow.

No hot water,no washing machine, no tv, no WiFi, rent is 6100,advance 8000,two times food, waste of room cleaning, when we came to PG for first Tym the rent was 5600 after a month 5750,now the rent is 6100 without information they will increase rent. One of d worst PG. Main thing you should not use current. Of you use power you have to pay the bill. Lockers are not good. It is filled with rust and bed bugs. Don't attract to owner behavior. While room clean they won't knock the door directly they will enter. No mineral water. If you won't pay the fee in time they will lock the room..

Wish I had an option of rating zero. One of the worst PGs ever. Highly unhygienic. Rats, bed bugs etc recide everywhere . I had to leave the PG at late night after having explerienced a very horrible domestic violence of the staffs surely not for the weak hearted people No Security at all (CCTV everywhere but still isn't safe). Congested rooms and congested washroom. Worst PG experience ever.

First of all,Owner(subramanyam) himself is a cheater. He nicely talks during your admission(until you deposit your money),that's it. He only cares about the money, He does not care about you or any of the problems.. Please be very very very cautious if you want to join this PG! Especially take extra care before you deposit your money. Also read all the reviews that has been given to his PG
