“First of all its a PG not a hotel. You will be sharing a 2 BHK where if you are lucky like me will get a shared bathroom which will be shared by another user occupying the other bedroom. I was lucky to keep my foot in the bathroom mat which slipped and i fell such badly that my hand was severely cut. They had no medicines instead the attender came with iodex to apply on cuts. I booked for 2 days but left after 1 day still they didnt refund one day amount. Book at your own risk.”

The PG is located in very shady location.. it’s filled with filth.. the staff are also rude and unhelpful.. they lost costly parcel and when asked about CCTV they lied that cameras are not working. Gargi Chavan★★★★★Worst service at Zolo PG This can be a pathetic option if you are planning to stay at the Zolo PG Here are the reasons 1. TV and DTH: They do provide you with a Smart TV but you'll have to struggle all the time to play even YouTube smoothly, same with all the other apps. 2. Wifi- The WiFi service that they provide is very slow and has serious connectivity issues. If you raise a complaint, they just ask you to raise a ticket and resolve it themselves without giving you a proper resolution. 3. Cleanliness - They offer room cleaning services but it is hardly up to the mark. 4. Water- The hot water will hardly be available for the first 3 months. Later on even the cold water tap will give you hot water and that can't be reversed even in the summers which is so irritating. They also do not provide with a water purifier in a premium or a Standard room even after charging a huge rent of rs. 28000/ per month. You have to refill your bottles from the common area which has a very low quality and is not potable. We have to buy mineral water from the market to meet your daily water needs. 5. I cannot emphasize enough how awful the experience has been. Firstly, the management is engaged in fraudulent practices, charging residents three times higher on electricity bills than what is reasonable. It's a blatant scam. They charge rupees 1200-1500 for electricity bill per person. Secondly, the services provided are abysmal. They make fake commitments on services and charges, leaving residents feeling cheated and frustrated. Their promises are empty, and they fool around with your concerns. Moreover, the ambiance is far from appealing, and don't let it deceive you into staying here. You'll regret it deeply. I strongly advise against anyone considering staying at Zolo properties. It's not worth the trouble. Furthermore, if you dare to raise concerns about the exorbitant charges, be prepared to face harassment. They'll go to great lengths to intimidate you into silence. The laundry services that they boast of were absolute nuisance, leaving clothes stained and smelly even after washing. Moreover, the exorbitant electricity bill of Rs. 3000 per month was unjustified, and upon questioning the units consumed, I was met with immediate eviction threats. Additional charges beyond the rent further inflated the already high cost, making it an unwise financial choice compared to other PG options in Bangalore. Basic necessities such as hot water, stable Wi-Fi, and functional TV were lacking, rendering the supposedly luxurious ambiance meaningless. The lure of discounts for the first month quickly fades when confronted with the reality of inadequate amenities.
