“Hi I am writing a honest review. the pg owner laxman is the worst guy and very much money minded. The pg looks good only from outside which he painted it by increasing the rent. rent : rent is 9000 for 3 sharing talking about it has been increased more then 3 times a year now. which might have increased while your reading food: food is also average and everyday you find rice and dal deposit : Deposit is 3k out of which he promise to give back 1.5k at the time of leaving but he does not return it. he will simply argue. 1 Day stay: please make sure you dont sleep on someone's else bed because this owner has a bad habbit of giving the bed of the ppl who went home. Problems : sometimes he deliberately turn off the lift wifi just to save some penny. room is full of bed bugs if you keep your bag open surely you gonna embarass yourself in office the reason I said money minded in the begining is beacuse this pg was called ANS PG and now its called HAPPY STAY PG he does not want to pay tax also even though he is earning in lakhs a month the only good thing is its near to tech park and its in walkable distnace. but my suggestion would be please find the pg nearby like in marthalli, ”

“Worst pg ever. Don't ever dare to join this pg. Owner is at the worst. Food is bad. No proper cleaning and maintenance. Only building looks good from outside.u will not get refund of ur deposit. Food is prepared somewhere and they will bring here. No watchman or security. Before corona time we used to pay 7k rent.”

Rahulk Naina★★★★★Worst hotel. Poor maintainance. No dish in TV. Elevator won't work. Internet won't work now. Geyser is not available. It's solar so always cold water comes. Bed bugs are there. Paying 1k is also too much for what they provided.

Sharath Kumar★★★★★>Rooms are very congested. >2 sharing rooms have been given to 3 sharing. >Lift is there for name sake. Wont work properly. if it works for 1 day then wont work for next 1 month. LOL >Food is not good. For name sake North and south Indian food available. But the thing is there wont be any taste and not maintaining the cleanness.

Will block you or say other reasons.no facilities like tv or other. Only for show off you will see in pics. Food no words ...worst.

Pintu Kumar★★★★★This fellow is running two PG(may be more) with same name one in Bagmane Tech Park other in New Thippsandra. He runs two PG on same to avoid legal issues like Income tax etc. I had lived in ANS PG which is in New Thippsandra. The PG condition is very bad :- Food is Just punishment (they prepare food in Bagmane teck park and bring it here, if you are little late you will not get food) ,Bed bugs, No cleaning, wifi won't work , for Single room he has made two sharing and so on upto 4 sharing, Rent is also high compare to others. Most importantly he do not return advance money. I called many times for advance money now he has blocked my number.

ROHIT K★★★★★Rooms are good and spacious, food is ok but the main problem of this pg is the owners son who runs the pg. He will not look into the issues but will get into argument. Had a bad experience with such a guy running this pg. With this mentality people who are working cannot live here as it is more like a hostel than a PG

Sudarshan K K★★★★★Chose this place only for the reason that it is away from all the chaos of traffic, secure as it is surrounded by defense & a tech park buildings. Food is little spicy, parking two wheelers is a mess if you arrive late night & owner is approachable & friendly too. But rent could have been better.
