“Worst management and very costly”

“I had booked 2 rooms in Hotel Suhag for 7 days. It's true the Hotel is near to main bus stop. Location good. But about the Hotel managers and staff is very much pathetic and not worthy. 7 days I faced AC issues informed so many times to manager the only answer we will repair but no work on it. Generator facility ver poor quality. If light is gone generator starts after 10 min and also doent support AC. Whatever facilities mentioned in Hotel details is not true. Wifi facility very poor in short is of no use inside room. If need to connect to wifi we have to stand in passage where wifi is placed and inside room not available. When asked to staff they say range ka problem hai. In short I have to say the Hotel is not worth. If rating was in negative I would have given the highest negative score.”

“Okay type for 1008rs hot water only available From 6 to 9 am but when I tryed at 8:30 am it was not working even bedsheet and pillow has holes in it bathroom was ok but staff members are polite and helpful”

verendra yadav★★★★★Room is good . I visited many times in this hotel, I checked in 6.00 pm with family (2 year old doughter ) I stayed 4 days . When I am checking out my bus was 11.00 pm , last day they charged whole day amount for only four hours . They do not have any mercy . That is why this hotel does not deserve for single star .

samprati★★★★★I recently went to Karkala, Karnataka for a week. My experience about the Hotel Suhag was terrible. The reception staff does not care about the people walking in and is either clueless about hospitality or is least bothered. My recommendation is try to avoid it with your family. However bachelors can manage if nothing else is available.

LOVARAJU★★★★★Staff Rude Behavior because they want money Whatever you ask they said money Their importance is money If u ask what is timing-they wil ask money plus tax If u ask something they wil ask money plus gst🤣 As a all over India traveller My suggestion is DO SERVICE FIRST THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY DEFIANTLY (Who wants to pay for the room they come only)
