I stayed here for 3-4 months. I have to say, this is a great place to stay. I have met people who have been staying here for years. 1. Quiet and peaceful. 2. They are always willing to listen to your problems and they try to fix it asap. 3. Rent is standard. 4. Clean and hygienic. 5. No problems with your security deposit money. 6. Owner is respectful and honest. 8. Washing Machine, drinking water, and cooking facilities. 7. Walking distance from IISc Service gate. I highly recommend this place to all. Thanks.
