“While the rooms and amenities here are decent, prices were however on the higher side. The matter of concern here was the owner; his behavior was often unpredictable. He has a v peculiar spiritual persona and speaks in a manner that seems, overly flattering and kinda cunning. He is a seasoned business professional in this field - will first ensure that all terms and conditions are explained throughly and documents get signed accordingly, to protect himself and keep the deal clean. (This is a trap 1) The advance amount here equals to 3 months' rent - 15k in my case (without of food, electricity, parking or maintenance) Exter charges for all these. Despite me only utilizing the space for 7-10 days per month for the tenure of 8 months, the owner refuses to return the advance of 15k on leaving. (Trap 2) This was upsetting as the owner was not at all flexible, the terms and conditions letter itself was a scam that cites so many reasons and justifies painting, washing, deep cleaning, replacement charges etc. on leaving. (Trap 3) Despite leaving the room in the same condition as I found it, the owner insisted on withholding the advance payment based on all these unjustified charges. I m”
