Very bad experience.. This has been my worst zolo experience ever. I often go for short stays (15 to 30 days) and I usually choose Zolo because I expect good hospitality .. cleanliness and neatness. However experience here was extremely disappointing. My requests for housekeeping were repeatedly ignored(you can check the photos)...by both ghe manager/caretakers.... returning to the room after a long tiring day n gotccha no bed sheet change nothing... Im not just a random custome..Ive spent more than 35k here. Another issue is the door lock system. The room only has a regular key lock which can be unlocked from outside even when someone is inside the room. Which is very awkward. This happened with me twice. It wasn't intentional but someone could assume the room is empty while the occupant is asleep and accidentally unlock the door. Overall it was a very pathetic experience.. and Ive lost my faith in Zolo... And dont trust the reviews..people are asked for reviews and upon asking it's obvious that you'll anyway give positive reviews..

Looks good from outside. New building That’s where it ends. Staff are completely useless and unprofessional. Basic hygiene and upkeep are ignored and management clearly doesn’t care. For 30000 for a private room or 15000 for sharing this is an absolute joke. What's the point of paying here when I have to clean the room or the washroom myself cz they skip it mostly. And this is caretaker fault...he has to look if things are going on correctly or not, act on them. There are plenty of staff but Mostly useless or not being utilised.some of them are actually nice.. But again not good in work. One staff member (Non mongoloid face) behaves like he owns the place. Rude keeps staring into the soul. when they come for cleaning, there is no proper attention to essential upkeep. It feels careless and incomplete. How many times a female can ask for toilet cleaning! Huh?That feels absolutely awkward. Don’t trust the reviews. You wll get better service in a cheap traditional Ladies /COLIV PG.

Zolo skylon is a new property. That is one of the few positive thing as of now. I stayed there for 2 months. The cost of stay is comparatively very high considering they don't provide food. They do have a power back which is a positive. They have a common pantry area and a washing machine area which was good. The maintenance team did a decent job eventhough I noticed it was irregular. I think they have a pretty small team for the size of the property. The property manager when I joined was very helpful when I joined but looks like they changed him later. So I think they have problems with the work force. Now, eventhough it is new, the common facilities like lift and internet gave a lot of issues. I literally faced a lift downtime and had to use the stairs for almost a week. There were no proper communication from the team during these issues. I am pretty sure, if continued like this, there are going to be a lot of problems for the property. Being one of the premium properties, things are expected to be better from zolo . Also , it was told gym facilities will be started soon when I joined but none happened. They started charging extra rent in the middle of my stay,the exit char
