“Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend! I had high hopes when I moved into this ladies' PG, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a lack of basic amenities and poor management. Firstly, the rooms are not as advertised. The pictures online are very misleading, and the room I got was cramped, poorly lit, and not properly ventilated. The bed sheets were dirty, and the furniture looked old and worn out. There was also no consistent housekeeping, so the place always felt untidy. The food served here is absolutely terrible. It's always cold, bland, and seems to be reheated from the day before. It’s clear that no care goes into preparing the meals. I've had to eat outside more often than not because the food here is just inedible. The management is another issue. The staff is unresponsive, and whenever I raised concerns, they were either ignored or met with empty promises. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this PG to anyone. It’s overpriced for the terrible conditions it offers, and I’m definitely looking for a better place to stay. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else!”

“I stayed here for 3 years and I would like to point out a few things. 1) The owner is very rude. She just cares about money and nothing else. She will never listen to your problem or your side of the conversation. 2) Maintenance is not good at all. They deduct maintenence fee yearly and whatever they are doing is not worth this plus the rent they take. 3) Bathroom cleaning was done by gents here and honestly letting gents enter the room in a pg isn't safe. And the cleaning isn't regular either. 4)Food is not good. Breakfast isn't good at all except for a few days. 5) There are better pgs in the area that provide better food and actually care about your problems. I don't recommend this pg at all. I had the worst experience here before I vacated. Again, the owner is very rude and will never listen to your side of the conversation.”

Vidhathri B J★★★★★I stayed in this PG for 1.5 years, and my experience was quite disappointing. 1. Food Quality & Staff Behavior – The food served here is terrible, both in quality and quantity. The lady serving food is extremely rude and starts scolding if we ask for extra chapatis. Very little food is brought at a time, and it gets over quickly. The lunch timings are from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, but they start clearing everything even before that. If we are late due to classes or exams, they refuse to serve food and blame us instead. 2. Room Shifting Issue – The owner forced us to shift from the rooms we initially chose to poorly ventilated rooms with no fresh air or natural light. She promised to provide facilities but ignored the most important ones—fresh air and proper lighting. She gave us just 18 days to shift, but our semester exams were starting in a week. Despite multiple requests to allow us to stay until the exams were over, she denied, claiming that the floor was being handed over to the building owner. Later, we found out that she was actually converting it into a boys' PG. 3. Unfair Maintenance Charges – At the end of my stay, the owner charged maintenance fees for two years, even though

Most of the crowd here are from village and feel this is the best pg. And this pg allows the entery of boys in the form of workers to clean the toilets. Not safe at all.Also while serving food they serve like they are giving charity. The owner is very bossy and show off. There are a lot more better places ,after all respect comes first.

Coming to the room ambience..it's not too great for the money and quality of food is also not upto the mark They are many good pgs nearby this one and highly recommend to find them.The worst bad terrible pg i ever stay .... Overall, not at all recommended to stay over
