One of the worst experiences in Hampi. I can also confirm that many good reviews are fake. -As soon as we checked in and made payment, staff became complacent and unresponsive. They stopped attending calls. -They even argued to provide us milk powder pouches. To our surprise, they said we only provide tea bags. They were forcing us to make lemon tea instead. -They didn’t even provide glasses and cups in the rooms. Only upon pressing them hard, they gave. -Morning breakfast was served only after begging them, that too by 9:30. -They didn’t provide hot water in time. We had to request multiple times to get it. This is a really sad place that I won’t recommend anyone to opt for. Location is good but the staff and facilities are well below mark. They only have temporary staff who are more interested in singing songs than serving to customers. My family had 4 senior citizens and the treatment staff extended was really disappointing to hear.

Half the property is under construction which means you are constantly disturbed by noise and there are many labourers engaged in the construction which compromises with guest's security. There is no service at all and wifi is very poor . when we complained about wifi they told us that you can leave the room if you don't like it. Not at all worth the price. The location is also not on main road you will have to go through a very narrow and unmaintained road.

Worst management and they lack with lot of amenities for the price we pay .like : (kettle ,TV and forget about hot water for bath). Just don't go with there postive reviews and location photos, reality is diffrent and my review mar save few .service to the worst as there is clash between two groups of employees which literally effect guest .

I came to have food but charged extra and gst on top of MRP. "COURT INFORM: in view of the apex court’s judgment, you are obliged to pay the extra cost a restaurant charges for a bottle of packaged mineral water over and above the MRP for merely providing you a glass and pouring out the water." I JUST RECEIVED A WATER BOTTLE NOT A SERVICE LIKE POURING INTO THE GLASS. EVEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE GLASS.

The views of Paddy field from your room is so calming and peaceful . The food was ok. The room does not have a TV which is not a deal breaker but we expect to have one The room has no facility for tea/coffee . We requested for kettle for heating water and they took it back in the morning . Food is costly and service is slow . And they should have facility for refilling water bottle . The entry to this hotel is horrible . We had to literally request them to give drinking glass as there was none in the room . Not worth the money that we paid .

Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Food: 2 Manager: 1 Food quality really need to be improved. Owner and staff(muttu) were really helpful and understanding. Manager should be more interested in customer issues. Ordered Bread omellete, didn't got delivered after 45min. When checked again he said we didn't have eggs. Kindly order something else. He could have informed us earlier instead of us waiting. Wanted upper floor room. He mentioned all room are booked. Online it was showing 6/10 rooms available for booking. So not sure how first come first allotment work for him.

The place is still under construction. If your priority is view, then the place is for you. It takes 5 minutes to Anjanadri hill but 45 minutes drive to Virupaksha temple. The management is small consisting of maximum 5 people. Expect minimum service. Early checkout at 10 A.M. even if you check in at night. The hospitality is lacking.

A small 12 room hotel very close to Anjanadri hill but far from the other attractions in Hampi. All rooms face rice fields so the view is calming and beautiful. Witness both sunrise and sunset from your room balcony. The room and bathroom are basic but clean no television. The restaurant has limited items and breakfast is included. They have low seating but we requested for a table and chairs and they were happy to oblige. Krishna runs the kitchen and serves as well .He will cook as per your taste the thupka and local fried fish are definitely to be tried. The hotel is still being developed but its in a calm location, away from the main road which is why guests choose it

The hotel is new and still under construction. The parking area and the road leading to the property are in very poor condition, and there is no proper signboard or indication to locate the hotel easily. However, the room itself was very good. The management should pay more attention to cleanliness, especially the bedsheets, bathroom mats, and related areas. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but improving accessibility and cleanliness would make the experience much better.”
