If I had to compare other pg's with 3 star pg. I can say that 3 star pg is much better than any other pg near RR INSTITUTE. As for the price, single room is 7000 and double sharing is 6500. And you will have wifi connection too Foodings are good though I needed some time to adjust to the fooding style of South (I am from northeast). But overall, it's a good pg with good foodings and you will like it.
