Stanza Living is a professional fraud company. Enquiry through the stanza apps says to reserve a booking by paying Rs1000/- before the scheduled visit and mentioned as this amount is REFUNDABLE. But later if you visit and do not proceed with booking by paying Rs6000/- then later they will block your number. During visit to see the property , the person there will act as if there is no vacancy and whichever room they shows to you they act like just now someone booked it . Like this they will show 3 to 4 room and create a scene as if all these rooms booked by someone through some other executive dynamically, So you will mentally pressurize to pay them instantly Rs6000/- as advance non refundable booking. Now your onwards you are in their trap. Do not go for Stanza , they are totally fraud. 99% cases they don't refund deposit amount. The attached snip which they advertise stating the Rs1000/- will be refunded and no questions would be asked is totally false. They will not generate any receipt or payment successful message. You will have only proof of bank statement. They will block your number. You will not have any source to contact them. They will not receive your call as they ca

I had the worst experience staying there for the last three months. I have been experiencing Wi-Fi, electricity, and water issues for all these months. There are issues that need to be resolved every week. They don't provide washing machine service instead they started a laundry service to get more money. Food quality is the best thing they can provide after lots of complaints. I don't suggest anyone stay. Cleaning is also poor. But they will assure you of the best service in advertising. The electricity bills are separated and will not be included in the rent fee. Also only 2 meals on weekdays. There is no mobile network service inside the building, we have to make calls standing near to windows or outside the room.

Don’t stay at this place. They charge for everything separately and they won’t tell about all the charges initially. They charge for electricity , laundry and even water separately. Also they deduct platform onboarding charges of 500 initially and they will also deduct platform deboarding charges of 1000 when you move out. These charges are unnecessary. I got my security deposit after more than 2 months that too after calling multiple times. To resolve any problem it takes time, you will have to call multiple times. This place is not worth the price they are charging.

Worst PG ever, don't come here even if it is your last option. The staff doesn't care about anything, wifi's data get's used automatically even when i am in office for 8 hrs of the day , my data is consumption shows 10gb+ daily. They dont have washing machine's and charge for laundry even then half of the time the clothes come unwashed. There is a hidden charge for everything. Every 7 days i top up electricity for 200 rs , they have a fixed 40 rs electricity charge in the name of common area. The shittiest place to live.

Do ever come to this Pg the basic facilities are not being provided for which people choose pg and the Resident captain is just useless post they have kept with no power and no authority. Worst food in the Bangalore you can get here, no cleanliness at all and hefty charges on all things. Postings the actual interior of Stanza Brussels house.

One of the worst place to live. Housekeeping staff gets changed every few weeks since these guys don’t pay them on time. Till the time they get a new staff, no backup cleaner available. In last 1 month, rooms were cleaned hardly twice. A lot of hidden charges. Terrible internet. Couldn’t fix the internet so many people took separate internet connection like jiofiber. They don’t have budget to buy spoons. You will not get spoons most of the time while eating. Complaints get ignored. Only a fool will choose living here. Don’t be that fool. Even if you are brave enough to give it a try, do yourself a favour and opt for 3 month contract instead of longer term contract so that you can truncate your period of suffering. Video attached of staircase since its not cleaned for 15 days as a proof.

The worst place to stay. Takes extra money whenever a visitor visits. In Stanza app, the charge mentioned is Rs 200 per night but the people here actually takes Rs 800 per night. Fraud.

Service became worst after complete 1.5 years of the property. When this pg was open that time everything was good but Now the situation is that when people complete the contract & leave then they are not getting refund after 45 days. In my case it's took 75 days. And bad thing is that when we contact multiple people then we don't get response.😡🤬😡🤬

Horrible PG – Avoid at all costs! 1. Rent is high, and they sneak in hidden charges — separate electricity bill for the room plus ₹40/day per room for electricity. 2. No washing machine, and laundry is paid. 3. You even have to pay a water bill at the end of the month for tanker water they purchase. 4. Deposit refund took 75 days, even though the contract says 45 days max. 5. Cleaning is inconsistent — staff are frequently fired or quit, so rooms go uncleaned for 1–2 weeks at a time. 6. The RC responds poorly to queries and is unhelpful. This place is overpriced, mismanaged, and frustrating to deal with — stay away!

Clean rooms, good food (multiple cuisines), good staff, people that mind their own business. Good place. Edited review - it was good when I was there. Things started going downhill and now it’s just not the same. A lot of issues with water, with food, cleanliness and even refunds. As of right now, wouldn’t recommend. Edit 2: they used fine-line policies and manipulated loopholes to deny my deposit refund, months after managers at location saying I’d get it. Even though medical reasons were mentioned.

Edit: Moving from 2 stars to 1 star. Tip: If any sales person shows the amenities like gym, laundry etc., Ask them to show if those amenities are in usable condition. This PG used to be good in it's initial days. Utility services and management is pathetic. Residents are being charged around Rs.1000 per month for electricity without proper explanation. Additional Rs 150 is being charged for water. Sales team used to be good, now it is not. If you are planning to choose this PG, just ask them to show the laundry area, you will change your mind immediately. I would not recommended this PG 'anymore'.

It has not been more than 45 days since i have been staying in this PG. It has been a very bad decision for me to take this PG, there are multiple problems regarding the cleanliness and other factors but the hot water facilities are hokum, there is a problem every 3 days, there is no comparison between the amount charged here vs the facilities being provided, the RC(prakash) doesn't consider that it is his responsibility to resolve these issues, rather suggests me to write an email to the CEO. i wouldn't recommend this PG to anyone, I will move out of this PG as soon as my contract ends.

Wouldn't even give 1 star if it was possible. Horrible service and there's no hygiene in the kitchens and dining area. Drinking water has floating particles, hot water isn't available and WiFi fluctuates throughout the day. Many residents have reported not getting their security deposit back for months after leaving. Don't give them your money, management doesn't even respond after calling them multiple times. Stanza has turned into a purely money-making scheme.

Guys..take my honest review for this one. Stanza Living initially around 1 year and half ago was brilliant. Very good management like Yathish, and good RC like tanushree and very polite cleaners. The rent was on the pricier side but it was managable. But ever since Yathish, tanushree and the cleaners changed and the management went for a toss. The rent got higher and then electricity bill of 1000 got added and then now even 150 for water is being charged. Roughly around 15 to 16k a month goes on stanza for subpar rooms and amenities. The common area and kitchen are so dirty and stinks of milk. There are food stains and footprints all over the common area and kitchen. The RC amarjeeth drinks and breaks doors which he has done twice. And keeps banging on others doors. The food provided is subpar and lizards and cockroaches have been found in the food and no action has been taken by the management. The food is not great. It's not worth the price and the headache. Please don't join here.

Very disappointed with the refund process at Stanza. As per the agreement, the refund was supposed to be processed within 45 days of my move-out date (17th March 2025), but it’s well past that with no clarity or communication. I raised a support ticket on 7th May, but there has been no proper follow-up, and the overall response has been pathetic. What’s worse — if you try calling the support team, they only seem to respond to new onboarding queries and not to existing customer concerns. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, especially when there’s no transparency or accountability in handling refund cases. I sincerely hope they improve their post-move-out support.
