Worst Place to stay. They won't pick up ur calls for any maintenance task once you move in. They will even give a call back if you want to book a room to stay. Worst after sales service. They even increased the rent with just 3 days notice leaving us no choice but to pay the increased rent. If you are planning to stay , be prepared to face the worst.

Worst experience ever. They ask you to follow all the agreement points available. But then they them self will not follow. 1. Rent was 22k suddenly you will get a mail for rent hike. ( No relevance with agreement ) 2. Refund amount should be paid as soon as 30 days you cross from applying in application. They took 60 days for refund . 3. No one will come in front to talk non of them. 4. All managers are useless non of them stick to their own words. People have invested their hard earned money stop looting them Last worst experience and stay It's been 2 weeks after your commitment but still till date I have not received any calls from Hello world People if you want to waste your money plz go ahead 3 months passed till now I am waiting for the difference amount

Worst management by Helloworld. The building can be better maintained and utilised by any other co-living facility. The furnishing doesn't justify the rent at all. Moreover the building has some electrical issues. I lost 2 devices and multiple adaptors in 3 months staying here. Even power backup is not consistent. Support is a nightmare. No response on tickets and they close them without resolution.

The facility was good earlier but it has gone from bad to worst,they have rented few apartment to a start up and the cheos is unimaginable.The don't even pay attention to tenents needs and requirements and taking mostly things for granted.

My personal experience staying in Helloworld Arden since last 6 months: 1) Close to all office spaces in HSR, Hosur Road, Electronic City and Bannerghatta Road 2) Property is neat and clean at all times especially the common area 3) Ample parking available for 4 and 2 Wheelers 4) Ravi our Property manager is very responsive and does what is possible at his end immediately 5) Housekeeping Deepak is available immediately on request 6) Internet and electricity, backup has been reliable with no major downtime Overall good property if you looking for a good furnished apartment living with minimum hassles
