“My experience with Hamlet PG was extremely disappointing. Despite completing all formalities and vacating the room as instructed, my security deposit has still not been refunded. Communication from the management is poor, and follow-ups are ignored. This reflects a lack of professionalism and transparency. I would advise others to be very careful before choosing this PG If you go and ask for it they will say that go to hsr police station and then take.as they have connection in this,koi nhi do security money”

“Whosoever wants to shift to this PG of Hamlet. This should not be your option. Ambience is really pathetic, no cleanliness. Their dinning area is extremly pathetic, kindly do not go by their good reviews. It is all paid. Owner itslef quite confused with her name, at times she will introduce herself as Shwetha and other times she will say that her name is Sneha. Service is way too bad. they speak a lot of lies. Hamlet even deducts 2000 INR while you vacant the room, which is extremly pathetic. They dont even know how to behave to. Do not at all shift, rather look out for some different options to live for. Even I have uploaded some of the photos as the proof of their unprofessionalism. If you raise your voice they will ask you vacant If you arrive during the odd hours they will ask you to check into the hotel. Cook is extremly worst, no soft skills at all. Once you shift neither they will answer to your calls, nor evne they reply to your messages. Durgesh G★★★★★This is the worst PG I would ever suggest someone . The rooms are stinking badly, no proper food, regarding the deposit we pay them you have to fight only than they will repay. Else they will not even respond to your calls and messages if we contact them for refund that we pay as a deposit. Along side, they have this policy that they will repay only after 7 working days and the rent should be paid with 5 calendar days. Basically choose some other stay for same price. Rest all your opinion

Ankit Bengani★★★★★Edit: And as far as the rooms that they showed over video.. there are only three rooms that big and that too on the top floor.. the rest of the rooms are very small even for two people.. We stayed there for a month. The housekeeping service is very bad. They neither clean the room for days nor did they clean the toilet for the entire month. Worst maintenance ever. Rooms are small too. They didn't provide us a wardrobe for 6 days. Also they don't repay the entire security (took 7500 and returned 4750). Not recommended.

Do not ever pay here. They will never return your money back(which they'll take as security deposit) The manager, the caretaker will claim that it's the best place but it's not.... you'll get to know the reality once you leave and ask for your mmoney. There are several other options for you guys. I had to give 1 star but if there was any option, I would have rate them negative.

My experience:- 1. initially they will tell, you will get everything , They will tell , you will get North and south food but after joining you will get only north I never saw a south Curry's in 9 months you will get only sabji & chapathi, rice that's it.. That too everyday..... 2.they will not lift your calls, and no reply for messages for deposit return. 3. They will steal your deposit money without your mistake. Reason :- this pg is beside of a forest/ military location, it's too cold and sometimes mosquitos are coming so i didn't opened the window , because of closing ,due to rains/ cool weather and moisture, one of the wall became black colour that too bcz of weather, i didn't done anything with my hands it came NATURALLY for that also they stole my deposit money, On top of it the owner is saying don't close the window be in cool, use bed sheet. Of course they kept mesh for mosquitos but still they are coming inside, owner will say mosquitos never come inside bcz we kept mesh, 😂😂 who is staying in that room ?? who knows weather the mosquitos coming or not, me / owner???? nuh uh★★★★★When I initially moved to the city, this PG was one of the best places to stay, especially when the caretaker Raman was managing it. The environment was well-maintained, and things were handled properly. However, after multiple caretaker changes, the situation has significantly deteriorated. The quality of food has become extremely poor—often not even edible. There is no provision for cold drinking water, and even the regular water supply in the mornings is inconsistent. Despite charging full rent, management shows little to no concern for tenants’ basic needs or complaints. It feels like their only focus is collecting money, without taking responsibility for maintaining living standards. Very disappointing experience overall.
