This hotel is a total fraud. They don’t refund money as per their policy. Whether you stay in their hotel or not they will not give you the money back. It’s been more than a month of waiting for my refund and the entire hotel is just silent. They are just not ready to return the customer money post cancellation.||I can’t believe hotel Mayura which is backed by state govt is such a fraud. They just keep telling 25 working days… one week … 3-5 working days… but they won’t refund the money.||I highly recommend not to book this hotel.

Had to stay here because most other hotels in town were booked. Definitely not good price to quality here. A/C room was just about acceptable and clean but bathroom was very gross. Shower didn't work at all and had to use buckets to shower. The room was full of Mosquitos as well. The extra bed for the third person staying with us was an old thin mattress on the floor. The receptionist sleeps on the floor of the main entrance of the hotel which was odd. We didn't have toilet paper in our room and the hotel didn't have any either. Avoid if possible. Hotel Madhuvan or Hotel Pearl look much better, are similarly priced, and originally we had tried to stay there but they were fully booked. To the hotel: with a bit of extra effort you could really improve your hotel.

VERY VERY VERY BAD FOOD GUYS!...the soup was very flavourless, the chicken starters had very bland taste and had too many bones in it. the Kerala porota was so bad, it was just like some ready made thing. therefore having lunch there is the worst thing you can ever decide in your entire lifetime. go somewhere better even if it's a bit far away.

The place is clean and specious. But its Unnecessary hiped and ovepriced. Old construction, not so abient rooms, no blankets, even door locks are old type and gives you feeling of some old PG. Its good for less than rs 1000, more than that is not worth.

This is a government-owned hotel chain which is run by the state of Karnataka state government. Based on our visit, it was an exceedingly poor hotel which has an unreliable generator in a town subject to frequent power outages. It is also very lazily managed. There is almost never anyone at the front desk. Maintenance is poor throughout the hotel. There is no wi-fi available despite mid-range prices. Finally, the garden restaurant is plagued with swarms of mosquitoes after the sun goes down. Oh, and one night the power box exploded. This place is substandard and possibly even unsafe.

Lousy experience. Our experience with State tourism hotels/lodges/cottages be it MTDC, GTDC or this KSTDC. For these reasons : 1. We had the Suite Booking done thro booking. com. Confimation amt was Rs2900 for 1 night. When we went there were asked to pay Rs 4300+. We asked the reason. They didn't have!! We paid Rs 2900. 2. It was Suite booking for 3 with one bed extra. Facilities given: a) 1 napkin instead of 3. b) No water. Only 2 glass( instead of 3) c) 2 cups(instead of 3) 1 sachet of Sugar. No tea/coffee/Green tea Sachet😂 d) No Dust bin in the Bath area. e) For the extra bed - Bed sheet provided but no blanket. f) No toilet roll. When asked for the attendant brought one with stains!!! 3. For breakfast: Idly and Polyogere(never heard this dish being served for breakfast. For lunch yes) 4. No bread or butter. Omelette was chargeable!!! When we checked out no attendant came to carry the luggage. None were there😂😂 Friends do the booking at your own risk!!!

Very poor service. Made booking online through travel portal they accepted the on portal and on call. Also gave instructions of early chk in and manager accepted the same. After reaching the hotel at morning 7.00 am- they denied booking. Pathetic customer service. Not recommend

It was horrible.. v reached thr at by 1 n thr was no light in d rooms.. d images shown are of 10years before.. room was ok but bathroom was a bit yaaky..n there r only four rooms in this hotel.. its a government guest house.. I just suggest our government to provide good facilities to d people.. staff was good but v dint like d hotel.. it was not per as our expectations..
