I don’t recommend for anyone to go through this. I booked this place for 1 month. And I ran out in 15 days. Firstly this place is infested with cockroaches. The kitchen area within the room was unusable as once you open the draw 100s of cockroaches scatter away. I was so disgusted I never went near that area. When I raised the ticket the pest control people immediately attended but the strong smell from the medicine made the room unliveable. Also now the cockroaches are out of the kitchen cupboards and all over the room. The breaking point was when I had to wake up to cockroaches crawling on my face every night. The next thing is in a shared room the fan is placed in one corner so only one person gets the fan. I wasn’t paying any less in rent. When asked if something can be arranged they just asked me to get my own if I need it so bad. It was the hottest time in recorded Banglore history and I’m lying there soaking the bed in sweat, barely getting any sleep. On top the power cuts were another thing. I can understand if the whole area has a power cut. But it was just this building because of how poorly it was maintained. We used to have no electricity the whole night until someon

Worst place to stay in Bangalore. These guys don't care about tenant and are just looking to scam there customer. I have been charged unfairly many times by these guys and the customer support just calls it policy and you can't do anything about it. Don't bother staying in any zolo property

Stayed in Zolo heaven for 2 months last year. The stay was good with standard rooms and accessories. Cleaning was done on all alternative days. That was all good. Food given here is average and at times insufficient. The main drawback is about the security deposit we give at the beginning of the stay. Just forget about the amount you pay as the security deposit. They may give many offers at the beginning of your stay. That is just to attract you to stay here which they will collect it back before you finish your stay there. Even if you inform them one month before you are leaving the stay, you are never going to get that amount. They will tell many reasons for that and in place of 10,000, u will get some 200 or 300 as security deposit. They will tell some fake reasons for not giving the security deposit. Even if we raise many tickets against this, they will never respond and if we call them in their customer care number, they will ask for some time and they will return back telling the same fake reasons. I tried raising tickets and calling them for about 7 to 8 times. Still no use was there. So if you are so rich and you don't mind 10,000 you pay as your security deposit please mo

Internet speed is capped at 10mbps with most of time you won't be able to take even zoom call Talked about it to the manager. He said this is maximum speed zolo gives. However this is not true with other properties.. This property will definetly look cheap but will come with other great cost Choose wisely

I have been living in Zolo Heaven Bangalore for the last 5months and every month I have faced multiple issues. Recently a few days back at 12.30 AM caretaker rang the house bell multiple times in a drunk condition to inspect the house. As per the rules, it's illegal to ring the bell of the tenant at odd hours that too in drunk condition. I have raised the issue with the property manager and he has been not responding at all. Avoid Zolo coliving its not good nor safe. They don't care about their tenants. For couples and females, it's not safe at all. Stay away from zolo properties in Banagalore.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience staying at Zolo Heaven. Despite raising multiple complaints, the issues were either ignored or poorly handled. The biggest concern is basic hygiene and safety. I recently raised a ticket for the water purifier because the water quality was extremely bad — it didn’t even feel filtered. Unfortunately, due to this negligence, my roommate fell seriously ill and was diagnosed with typhoid. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility towards residents’ health. There have also been repeated issues with maintenance and housekeeping. Even after raising tickets multiple times, the resolution is either delayed or not done properly. It feels like complaints are just marked as “closed” without actually solving anything. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly advise you to think twice. The management does not seem to prioritize tenant well-being, and basic living standards are not maintained. Not a safe or reliable place to live.

Horrible experience with zolo as a whole. I've been living here for 3 months and except for the size of the room nothing is good. Frequent power cuts with NO backup power, we just have to sit in the dark and the heat until whenever the power comes back on. This happens almost everyday. And zolo service will not respond to any tickets you raise to complain. Cleaning is not done properly there is a thick layer of dust in so many places especially near the kitchen counters. The balcony has not been cleaned in months despite constantly telling them to. Many of my things have gone missing and complaining to the caretaker does nothing because they'll just gaslight you saying you must have misplaced it. On top of that you have to pay almost 1k for electricity every month?? For a double sharing room that is unoccupied for most of the day because we are at work? First of all the electricity is not there only for most of the time, what am I even paying for. Absolutely no parking space either. Honestly I don't have anything good to say about this PG. Might look like value for money but trust me it's not. No one will respond to any of your concerns and u need to run behind them for weeks to ge
