“A perfect place for students but not so much for working adults. As someone who lived here for nearly 6 years here are some of my thoughts about this place. * If you are a working person it will cost you around 3800 rs for a double sharing room and 5800 rs for a single room but the amenities it offers might not be the worth the price. * No food included ( as in no food is served here but many restaurants near by) ** Before the covid they used to serve food twice a day (Breakfast and dinner) and three meals on Sunday for the additional 1000 rs but after the covid they stopped * You aren't allowed to cook in the premises for some reason ( a new rule added this year i, e 2024) * No washing machine * No Wi-Fi. * Basic amenities that are offered by other pg are not even available. * Management operates like a government office. A little problem will take weeks to be fixed. Overall poor management. * Nearly a Kilometer away from the nearest bus stop !! Some positives. * Place is surrounded by many restaurants and everything you need is just a 1 minute walk. (hospital, pharmacy, commodity stores, restaurants etc) * Staffs are a positive. Nice people. Never had a bad exper”
