Truecaller is right when it shows Suraj's (Sales exec) number as scam. It actually is.. The agreed rent is only a part of the entire payment, the rest they charge you is in the name of electricity and water charges which for me on avg comes to 2500/- for a fan and tubelight. For moving in and out, you pay 7000 to get out of the scam. Your return of security money is out of the question. No support, no transparency, nothing.. Now this is not all, they can increase your rent anytime even during your rent agreement which can go up to 100% increase of your discussed rent in just 2 months of moving in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL LIVING.

No hot water at all, this will drive you crazy when the weather is cold, sometimes no water at night, lift breaks down every now and then and management is so irresponsible they don't even take responsibility at all. Close tickets without any intimation and without any resolution. Get ready for mental agony and overpriced rent. Absolutely shameless management. Terrible service. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this property.

Think twice before taking a room here a lot of the facilities they mention either aren't there or are just for show. Wifi doesn't work half the time. Hot water rarely comes which they mention as 24/7. Water coolers are only on two floors even though earlier they used to be on all floors but then they were removed.

Worst stay. They don’t pay the electricity bill and there is no electricity for 2-3 days. Shady place as well as rude / untrained agents when we call for assistance. Waste of money most of the good ratings are paid or from the company itself.

We have been living here for the past 4 months. This place would be best if the price were 5k per month rather than 25k. Also, expect no logic in any domain whatsoever, be it their guidelines, legal team, customer support, or, well, in-house rules. The caretakers here have absolutely no idea how to talk to tenants; they are very untrained professionals. In terms of leisure and entertainment, there is one table tennis table with no rackets and ball, and one TV which hasn't been working for almost 2 years. Also, the couches on the ground floor are well-used by the street dogs. And, the solution they came up with for this issue is to remove the couch😂 Love this place! XOXO

I won't recommend anybody this place. In case of any need there is no response from any management. They directly disconnect electricity to the entire building without any prior discussion and the reason they provide is that none of the tenants pay the electricity bill.. But how can the electricity bill for a sharing room be 1200. They have no basis of how they charge. I am currently residing here. Will vacate it the first chance i get.

The biggest scam is that they will charge your around few thousands extra for electricity every month, even for a small usage of just 20 units a month. This clause is not event mentioned in the rental agreement and they will still impose this on you in the rent. Every single one of us in this building is facing this issue and the management is least bothered to communicate to us and we trying so hard to reach out to the management but still no one from the management has responded yet, instead they have cut the power to the building trying to strong arm us in paying this illegally cooked up charges.

At first ,I thought this was a great place. They enticed me with low rent and very good utilities and benefits. Literally one month in and they show their true colours. First they told me water bill is included in the rent and surprise surprise it wasnt. They charged me around 500 for water ( moved in since Jan 7th -25th). Also every room has a electrical meter which is for show, you would probably think ,"wow ok if I use just fan and tubelight for 20 days ,it can't be much right?", Wrong!,they charged me around 1000 and idk how they do the calculation but there's some fine print which allows them to exploit us. All this was expected but the cherry on the cake was literally after moving in and paying deposit ,I get an email saying rent is increased by 50% (for me) and there's nothing I can do about it. And they do this in such a way that u lose your deposit also. Don't even think about emailing their customer care because they are part of the scam. If you have a nice job and money isn't an issue for you then I would recommend u to waste some money here.

One of the worst place to live. They don't have electricity supply, the whole building is running on Generator which is releasing poisonous carbon monoxide, making too much of noise and is not able to handle the load and goes off every hour due to which electric appliances are getting damaged. Moreover the washroom tap is leaking, door stopper is not functioning. After complaining since a week the things are not getting fixed. Moreover, they are charging for no reasons, they charged ₹600+ electricity bill for using one a tubelight and a fan for 20 days.

When I booked my stay, I thought I'll not face any problem later. But I was wrong, I'm facing problems even after vacating the property. It's been more then 2 months since i left my room. But I'm still waiting for my refund. And even they stopped replying on mails

Very bad experience with the sales team. At the time of virtual tour, the team promised a separate room to self quarantine for initial 14 days. At the time, just before I was about to pay advance, I was told that I will have to pay extra for the quarantine period to stay in a separate room. The manager from the sales team was actually asking me what is the maximum that I can pay to stay separately. This situation came before hand when I didn't book, I wonder what what would have happened when I started staying at Hello World.

Poor experience, Right now I'm living in Helloworld daffodils they extra charge money in names of Water/Electricity bill every month and always says that if you have any problem please mail on care@thehelloword.com. I mail on that also but they didn't reply. My electricity meter reading is 17 and they are changing 3112₹. I just don't know how they are calculating this.

One of the worst experience. They haven't refunded me my security deposit, I left my room long back in March. Complaint tickets are closed with some random answers.
