Had booked this property 2 weeks prior, paid advance amount and even confirmed thrice before coming all the way from Mumbai at evening 7 PM just to know that they have given the room to someone else. Host didn't even care to let us know this even after calling and messaging them while we were on our way to this place.

Terrible experience as we were denied the room even after paying the advance two weeks in advice. We drove down from Mumbai and the owner informed us that the room was given to someone else inspite of the booking being in our name. Terrible experience when you've travelled for 14 hour's to get to know that you're denied admission in a homestay that you've booked and advanced for.

Looks like its closed. Called multiple times, no response. A lady picks up the call but cannot talk in English or Hindi, cuts the call by saying wrong number or no rooms. No courtesy to do call back or reply to messages.

It's a decent homestay. Rooms are neat and clean. A nice sitout for each room and a huge terrace overlooking dense greenery. Location is the biggest advantage - within a 10 min drive from all major Hampi attractions, still secluded and not crowded. The owners can arrange for an auto for sightseeing if you want. The only disappointment was that we didn't get breakfast or dinner and had to go out or order from outside on all days. The reason was the cook/owner was unwell. Otherwise it seems they offer breakfast and tea/coffee, at least other reviews mention it.

The homestay is cradled in the midst of sprawling banana and sugarcane plantations, and is one of the comfortable places in which I have stayed. However, as in all such places, solo travellers are always treated differently. On the first day, I was given a nice room, according to the advertised pictures, but on the next day when families came, I was asked to shift to a smaller room with no ventilation, and no proper charging outlets. So solo travellers please make sure about the facilities before going. Otherwise the hospitality and the food were superb. The autorickshaw arranged for my sightseeing had a very knowledgeable driver and was perhaps the highlight of my stay. Because of him I was able to visit far more places than what I had planned to visit. Also he proved to be better than any guide as he was aware of the history of each location and also good place to dine in...

Very nice place to stay with family and friends .The owners are very humble in nature,great hospitability.Ordered food from there itself it was very tasty.They served the food with love and care.Rooms were clean enough.The area was surrounded by beautiful trees.But please carry all your essentials because after 7pm the surroundings will become very lonely and dark.
