I had booked this room since i had to catch an early train and was close to mangalore junction railway station . The hotel was on the 4th floor with narrow steps and no lift On request the hotel staff helped us carry out luggage The room looked good at first glance But had a terrible experience in the night . There were filled with to many mosquito even when all windows were shut There was a rat in the false ceiling which keep making noise all throughout the night .

Hi Wanna share my experience in this stay for 1 day....if you are visiting with your friends, and you are not couple then this option is a BIG NO!! Starting from receptionist, who is not able to communicate properly and gives incomplete information creating alot of trouble later on. Now coming to manager who came directly to our room and started yelling on us ,showing the most inappropriate behaviour ever. they tried to trick us thinking we are just students travelling Please be aware and don't book this hotel

nothing about the hotel is good. the rates for non-AC rooms exceed the rates of AC rooms in many hotels. and the hotel isn't good at all!!! you have to climb 4 floors - no lift.... despite the high rates, no complementary breakfast... and the rooms are also shabby!... Hotel walls, reception, stairs... everything dirty... bad experience... i didn't stay at this place... just saw all this and went away.

Even this 1star is not worth. After booking on booking.com, which they themselves told me to do when I called them. Later they tell the booking is from 12am to 12am, and expect us to check out in the middle of the night, because this hopeless hotel people want to give away the rooms to some one else. When clearly my check out is at 11 roam the next day.

Waste people.. 😡😡Came here to check a room availability and nobody available in the reception..😡😡😡😡 Called several times the number provided.. Its ringing and nobody answers the Call... I have met one person staying their he said waiting since last 15 min here to hand over my room key to go out..Not recommended at all since I lost faith on their administrative level during first impression itself... Took an auto and picked another hotep near by.. 😡😡.. Want to give 0 star but no option on google 😡😡😡

I've never seen this kinda ****.. 😤 I'm totally disappointed, the rooms ain't good and not at all worth. 👎🏻 The name just attracts people but don't be fooled. And that is not a hotel, it is boys PG which is said to be hotel. They don't have any authorised application or website too. Plz look for any other hotels!
