Worst PG Management – Don’t waste your money here! This is one of the worst-managed PGs I’ve seen. They make big promises before joining, but once you pay the advance, everything changes. The management is completely money-minded and doesn’t keep their word. They even refused to return the advance paid by the person who referred us. They claim to have bike parking with security, but there’s no proper parking or security at all. Totally unprofessional behavior and poor facilities. Better to look for other PGs nearby — there are much better options around. Avoid this place! We saw reply Mr. Sham and Hemanth Such a worst mangengment your are I know. How many advices you took from us. We went police station because of bike parking I also paid little amount for it. Don't write such a note Whey now how much greedy you're for money and how conjus you are. What promises you have given and what promises u full filled. First you only said security will provided but no security and as well you take actions lightly. Such nutorius guys and your team we now very well. And you didn't gave money for 3 of our friends and you I informed before 10 days as your clause which was provided at startin

This is very bad pg's onwer behaviour, in the beginning he will charge a lot of money, later when you vacate the PG he will not even return your deposit and will bring 3 to 4 people, vacate the PG quickly. If you think staying in the pg so please don't staying..How are you saying this, I have stayed for 10 days, the flight was on 7th, I have vacated it on 5th April .I have paid you and I have the record of the payment, it is stuck for extra days, I have made the payment also.

1. PG is good 2. But there is many powercut no power backup which is so hard to sleep daily. 3. Food is good while comparing to other PG. 4. But the worst thing is water connection which will take 15 mins to fill full bucket.
