Worst hotel for the stay because they exploit the guests and have ARROGANT behaviour. I DO NOT recommend this place. They have installed old AC's which do not work at all. Ur issues in the room will not be resolved. The TREEBO company has pathetic customer care. TREEBO are least bothered after you make the booking from the application. Treebo don't address the issue by communicating with the hotel nor give refund. You get much better premium hotels for the price that they are charging.

Bad hotel never expected from Treebo. Don’t ever book here, the bed lines were not clean. I was never cleaned and they just gave us the room with a basic cleaning. And sorry to say the breakfast what they provided was pathetic and it was supposed to be free and the restaurant staff were asking for money. Pathetic service from Treebo too

Avoid this hotel.Manager Parmesh is a very rude and arrogant person.We had stayed in premium rooms.During the room cleaning he came and started arguing and raising his voice for a simple charcoal powder mark on blanket cover which can be removed easily in one wash but he kept arguing over it and said unpleasant things also told the housekeeping staff to not take the cover and told me to show it during the check out to the reception staff.The next day during checkout arrogant Parmeshwar had already informed beforehand to the reception guy to check for the black mark.The housekeeping guy went and checked for the black charcoal mark but it was not there as it was easily removed.Rude Parmeshwar had expected black mark to be there and charge us for the linen but it was not to be found for which he had argued and said so much.Its better to avoid staying here and getting badly treated and scolded as if it was a hostel.There are many hotels in the vicinity which provide good hospitality

It's definitely not a treebo standard. The staff is really unprofessional. Please consider that the agreed amount is not final one, they will ask more money at checkout. If you need any help treebo will not pick up your call. Also they will take advantage of it and ask to clear the bill with paying more amount than committed. Not recommending to anyone such worst hotel.

Very bad service. Booked online 2 rooms from a single id and marked the preference that the room should be near to each other or atleast on the same floor. But when reached there, the rooms were given on the different floors. When asked, the issue was not addressed properly.

Don't ever go to this hotel. Worst experience. The hotel manager parmesh is very rude person and totally unprofessional. We had stayed in this hotel on 19th and 20th January. After a day's stay when we came back to this hotel in the evening the manager parmesh pulled me to the store room and started shouting on me over a petty matter of the towel which was little muddy in our room. For which I agreed to pay the laundry charges of Rs 300. And the matter escalated after that he started showing his anger over room charges and asked my guest who had just come to meet me for some time to leave immediately. I urge treebo group and the hotel owner to immediately suspend him other wise they will have to suffer losses because of this manager.

This hotel charges you full day rent if you end up staying couple of hours more than the checkout time. That too when it is off season and all the rooms are empty. Highly money minded people. We had booked 2 rooms online for same price and they provided 2 different types of rooms. One room was very basic, not having sofa. No dressing table, just a mirror on the wall(which is not the one we had paid for). In both the rooms, taps were leaky, towels were not clean and many lights do not glow (especially the one above the mirrors both in the bedroom and the bathroom). There is very less car parking(hardly 4-5 cars). They made us park our car in the corner and allowed one more car to be parked in front of ours and when we wanted to take out our car for local travel(with in city), they made us wait for 30 min in front of the hotel on the pretext of asking the other car owner to take out their car and after 30 mins of wait, they told the other car owner is not available in the room so you cannot take out your car. In short, if you want to waste money, or want to make you holiday irritating, please book this hotel.

The hotel is a average hotel. First thing you notice is a super dirty aquarium. Unwanted rules further annoy you like no room service except tea and coffee. Tea when ordered comes in small paper cups like you have on street. Complimentary breakfast is worthless. They will say that you can only order one item. I ordered Puri bhaji and Poori came with Dry masala used for masala Dosa. Pathetic experience.

Pathetic experience, rude manager screaming at us. Zero customer centric approach. Before booking, I had enquired about parking facility, only after their confirmation I went ahead with the booking. On reaching this place, there wasnt a parking spot available. In the evening when there was space for parking, the manager here started shouting at us. One room had stinking cigarette smell through out the day. Other room was next to a hall and was not clean. Dusty chairs, no refrigerator , soaps etc. Pro : good vegetarian restaurant in the hotel complex.

The hospitality is pathetic.. definitely no sense of customer service to the employees. While Hotel rooms are just ok, the front desk service is not good. Rooms were not clean. I saw oil stain on TV remote. Complimentary items wr missing. We were asked to wait for long time as the service was not provided immediately after arrival. the food is really bad. We found hairs in food. Overall bad experience. Not worth the money. I would say the oyo rooms are way better.

Stayed in the property for two night's and had a very bad experience and as it was a weekend we were forced to stay as there were no other availability and bad customer service from Treebo as they will not fix any of your concerns. 1. Bedsheets was very dirty and had blood stains on it. 2. Balcony was unclean and had ciggerate buds all over. 3. They say it's unlimited breakfast and we had to pay for the breakfast. 4. No parking atvthe property as we parked outside.
