“Fraudulent hotel booking. They canceled my reservation when I booked for Rs.912 on their website and paid 20% advance. Their email bounces. The phone number mentioned on their reservation does not work. When I called the owner on other number given on Google maps, he said room available for walk-in, but quoted higher prices and said if you book online room availability is not guaranteed. He didn't care to reply and confirm the booking over WhatsApp. After reading the BAD reviews about this hotel, I decided not to trust.”

“Worst room ...room service were good even satisfied with food also ...but not satisfied with room and room price...first I booked the hotel through their hotel website where my money was debited when I reach hotel they said booking cancel...I told them to give the room but make the price less but they didn't...first day charged me 1014 and the. Second day they charged 1200 for room even I was staying alone ...... it's my very bad experience in the hotel ...I recommend not to select this hotel”

“Local Staff very rude. Doesn't know english. Disgustingly Dirty rooms. Hygiene is basic. It's not luxury. They can't even provide that. The managers didn't even bother to check the rooms for cleanliness before check in.”

I booked the hotel after speaking to the owner and then they straight away denied my entry. We were 8, most of them were above 60 and our flight was in the early morning. After going through the reviews, I am feeling glad that we didn't stay here. Highly not recommended, never ever book it's not a decent hotel and they extort money

We booked the room for 3 people (me, my husband and a friend), there was no mention of any policy of 2 boys and girl in a room. We booked this hotel just because we had early flight and this was close to airport After reaching here at 10 pm , the owner or the receptionist is saying you are not allowed because 2 boys and a girl are not allowed in a room, just to extort money from us. He doesn’t have any good reason of this denial at all. This greedy owner, ruined image of all people in state for us and spoiled our trip. Not suggest at all , even if a free stay given. We just stayed for one day, Room was not clean at all they put a bedsheet which was already dirty and they charged from us for that then they are saying You spread sambhar in the bedsheet we didn't even eat that, We were so late for the flight that we paid rather than wasting and arguing with them. Then they asked extra money for A/C as it was already included when we booked the hotel but still we paid for it. Service was bad Staffs were very rude specially the receptionist. Washroom was not clean. In breakfast they gave only 2dosa after asking they said everything is chargeable. Over-all very bad experience over here I never suggest anyone to visit in this hotel. I don't why People are giving nice ratings to this hotel it was nightmare for me staying even a single hour there. If you ask anything they will reply only in one word MONEY. It feels like they are beggars or robbers who doesn't think about their guest they don't even know the C of customer service. They will show you attitude like hell feels like you are staying there without paying.

I am totally disappointed. The manager and staffs are very rude and talking like rowdies. This is my first experience in my life. They are cheaters. According to me footpath is better than this Hotel. Below they have own restaurant. Foods are very expensive. I would request all of you to avoid this Hotel. They are not deserving for even one star. The bed sheets in our room were dirty, and to make matters worse, we had booked an AC room but were given a non-AC room instead. The overall experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place. The only silver lining was its proximity to the airport.
