There is nothing like what we see in photos, however the truth is, "Worst PG ever! This place is a nightmare! Cockroaches, rats, and even cows roaming in the lawn ruining clothes and spreading filth. The dustbins are overflowing with waste, making the entire place stink. The owner refuses to return the deposit and is completely unhelpful. Fights and quarrels happen daily, and we’ve had to call the police multiple times. There’s open use of drugs and alcohol, and the owner does nothing to stop it. The hygiene is non-existent—it’s the most disgusting and unsafe place I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!"

This is my honest review. I chose this PG mainly because it had good ratings and was located close to IISc. The rent was also quite reasonable compared to other PGs in Bangalore. When I first arrived, I wasn't very impressed but I gradually became comfortable over time. The PG offers good facilities like a cooking area, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and clean attached bathrooms in some rooms. I opted for a room with a balcony, which made my stay even better. The PG owners are very kind and approachable. They communicate well and are quick to address any complaints or issues. I was really impressed with their attitude and management. Most importantly, I always felt safe staying here. I would definitely recommend this PG to others looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

It was a pleasant experience staying here for the short duration. It's peaceful especially in the balcony. The rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. I had a great roomate. P.G owners are so caring and compassionate. I'm greatful for all the care they took when I had a medical emergency. Since it's in the prime location, the grocery stores or any other emergency supplies you require are available nearby. I highly recommend this P.G.

It was a good experience staying in ashirvad pg. it was affordable and the management family has very good manners and very homely. I personally recommend this pg,all the basic needs are well satisfied here,worth for the rent paid ,more than the facilities; they take care well. the shops like Super Market , beauty parlour, Medicals, restuarants Even Bus stop , Railway station and Metro station are very nearby and easily accessible. Affordable ladies PG with good amenities. I stayed at this PG for 4 months and never faced any problems. The owner is extremely responsive and solves any issues immediately. They are friendly people living right downstairs so you can reach them anytime. PG has all amenities like washing machine, hot water, purified drinking water, cooking stove, etc.. Safe and secure living place for girls. :)
