I lived at New SR Stay Inn Luxury Gents PG for more than 6 months, and it was one of the worst living experiences of my life. The word “luxury” is completely misleading. Washroom nightmare: The toilet pot had constant leakage, with waste water spilling onto the floor. The stench was unbearable, flies entered the room, and using the washroom became disgusting and unhygienic. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was properly fixed. Zero hygiene & poor cleaning: Room cleaning is just for namesake. They only sweep the floor occasionally. Slabs, corners, and washroom areas are never cleaned. Hygiene is completely ignored. If you care even a little about cleanliness, this place is not for you. Very poor food quality: Food quality is bad and inconsistent. When you complain, instead of improving, the cook argues aggressively and behaves rudely, as if tenants have no right to question anything. Rajeevan R★★★★★The food here is above average and quite decent compared to many other PGs. However, I strongly do not recommend staying here because all the rooms have a serious bed bug issue. It makes it very uncomfortable to sleep and affects overall hygiene

aurnav kumar★★★★★If you searching for a good place like a pg to stay never ever think to come in this pg. First of all the owner does deposit scam and is very rude. Even if you inform them prior to 15 days of leaving he will still make confusing excuses to stop deposit refund. He behaves like beggar who hesitates to give a single rupee whom he just picked up from street. Don't fall for their facilities promised everything here was waste. Food was not good quality and mostly they keep the food open and sometimes they refuse to give it to you properly. Room facilities are worst. You will get to see many things damaged like matress torn, window net damaged wifi poor connection and many times you will face pipe water overflow issues. People also not good here noone will help you especially the owner. He just wants money from the building whom he calls a PG. No water facility at your floor you have to go 2-3 floors to get water. Poor area not good area to live. Especially please don't stay here the owner is not good. If you want your money to go in safe hands please stay away from these scaming people.

Edit: they have replied with all lies. I have informed them on prior and also told my situation that lost job so I need to go back to hometown.. despite such a bad situation that I was going through, these money minded cheaters didnt give back my money after I vacated. I have also paid the rent of the month fully. Theese guys are earning in lakhs per month but not ready to return just 3k. It shows their level of mind and zero humanity..

The smell was unbearable, flies entered the room, and it was almost impossible to use the washroom properly. Poor cleanliness – Rooms are cleaned poorly. They only sweep the floor and never clean slabs or corners. Hygiene is completely neglected. Low-quality food – Food quality is poor. If you complain to the cook, he argues or even tries to fight with you. No action against bad behavior – Renters openly drink and smoke inside. The whole corridor smells of smoke, but managers ignore it. Disturbance – Loud music and frequent disturbances make it impossible to rest or work. Deposit scam – Even after informing them 2 months in advance about leaving, they refused to return my deposit. The owner ignored promises made by the previous manager and created confusion just to avoid refunding money. Poor Wi-Fi – Internet connection is very weak. Complaints are taken lightly and laughed off by the management. Overall, this PG is extremely mismanaged and unhygienic. They don’t care about tenants’ comfort, safety, or money. Avoid at all costs.

Mahi Jabrafan★★★★★The Manager Raju asks for money from every guest but if we refuse to give him the money he will indulge in a fight with us. His new companion is a goon who is ready to fight anytime. You can't even complain about the issues here. Owners also do not show any interest. They just come to collect the rent. One whatsapp group is also there in which they ask for rent only.. in that group only admins can message. So no use of coming here, you'll not only be paying rent here but also your mental health as well.
