I stayed in this pg for more than a year, Some rooms are big room no :103 in each floor that is 3 rooms big when compared to other rooms. The food and cleaning day by day became worse , when compared to joining time and after the owner changed everything became worse. The washing machine is not good , maintenance is not up to the level. In the kitchen and dining place rats are roaming after informing the owner also doesn't have any steps for that.

I have been staying her in this PG for a couple of months and i would say it is one of good experience staying here. The food here is really good with 2 days non veg and 1 day egg. The rooms are compact and great. Every room has a seperate TV and every floor has separate 5G wifi. It has small parking facility for bikes. The rooms are cleaned 3 days once and service is also great. Each floor also has separate fridge where we can store our things. It's great for price. Cons are Idly they are cooking using plastic sheet which is not healthy. Sometimes we mmget water issue but that's common the whole prashanth layout.

The best part of the PG is its owner.. He is really good. Gives you full freedom and not behind you. Not like other PG owners always instructing you to get things done. Compared to other PG's food is good, rooms are provided with space not conjusted, no restrictions for timings, any time in-out.
