Such a Bad experience there. They were too good while arrival. But when leaving they we too harsh and ingored to give the remaining advance amount. I paid 5000 as advance they return nothing. Totally bad behaviour of the one who's maintaining. There was no humanity and literally shouting outside on refusing to give the remaining amount.

Don't even think about stepping foot in this dump unless you want to ruin your life. The aunty who owns this PG is a master manipulator, pretending to be all sweet and nice at first, but trust me, it's just a facade. Once you're in, she'll show you her true colors - GREEDY, RUDE, and utterly DISGUSTING. She'll hike up the rent without warning, and if you try to negotiate, she'll turn into a full-blown bully, blackmailing you with your personal life. And don't even get me started on her character assassination tactics - she's got no shame. It's like she's got a personal vendetta against her tenants, and she'll stop at nothing to make your life miserable. And to top it all off, she's got no respect for boundaries. She'll let her son's friends crash at the PG without any regard for the other tenants. It's like she's running some kind of hostel for her son's buddies, not a paying guest facility. If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from this toxic PG and its owner. She's a menace, and you don't need that kind of stress in your life. Trust me, you won't regret it. *UPDATE:* I'm not even exaggerating - this aunty is the WORST. Don't believe her sweet talk; she's just waiting

Hey Everyone. I am writing this review to show the real colour of this PG. There are few things I strongly object ! 1) They take deposit money 5k from you saying 50% they will refund but they don't. Everytime they will tell some excuse and won't return you. 2) per day basis also they charge high like 1000 to 15000. 3) Their food is below average. Most of the days it's just dal & rice. No curd, dry curry or anything. 4)Most of the time their food gets empty. You have to wait like a stupid . Then call them..then they bring food from somewhere ( which is 1 or 2 small box ) . They don't see how many people are waiting for food. 5) Water in the bathroom and sink smells like pure bleaching powder. You will get allergic. 6) At the beginning they will talk very sweetly but then if you said you are leaving the real evil act starts Girls! There are other PGs which are far better than this. Price is also power than here. Don't waste your money and health 🙏. Think 5 times before paying. !!!! I got scammed. Save yourself!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the most toxic and unsafe PG anyone could ever stay in. My friend has been blackmailed by the owner over personal matters — completely disgusting and manipulative behavior. She has refused to let her vacate, despite multiple requests and everything being cleared from our side. It’s almost like being held hostage. Such a greedy person she is and she will be very nice when you are joining and once you tell her that you are gonna vacate she will complete change her character and she will make you to stay extra amount and never return the deposit amount also. Despite doing all thesez she will get into your personal things and she will abuse you like anything and her son and her husband will encourage those activities. Unsafe for girls please ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ Please, for your own safety and peace of mind — DO NOT choose this PG. Staying here is a nightmare you don’t want to experience.

Had a very bad experience in the pg. during my stay they were very nice to me, but once you say that, u will be vacating, they turn out to be the worst version and speak very harsh. PG AUNTY IS THE MOST CUNNING LADY I EVER MET. I would highly recommend not to consider this pg.

Haha...I see various wrong comments given about the PG, saying its good, food is good etc. I personally feel its incorrect, as I have suffered a lot in this PG. I was told the rent is 11K per month for the next 3 months and soon after 2 months, with out any discussion I am told to pay 15K, citing the reason that the owner has increased the rent because of lift facility and if it cannot be paid, you can vacate the room. The question is what was agreed earlier is not honored. Dont stay in this building as likely you may also suffer the same. They agree one thing and within no time they come back asking more money. Kitchen is also shabbily maintained. Cannot feel a homely environment at this place, as the owner aunty checks in the bag what you carry back to room. This isnt called as a PG and instead can be called as Hostel with a warden lady

This pg aunty is the worst person I've met so far.! After you serve her the notice period she changes her whole character and starts falsely accusing you and picks a fight every now and then and is super rude. I had no problems staying in the pg till I served my notice period. I thought this aunty was nice but that's just fake. Don't be fooled. She promised to give my deposit back and on the last day she flipped my bed and said I have soiled the bed and then fought with me and in the end she told she will pay through gpay and kicked me out of the pg saying she doesn't want my money. It's been 2 weeks and she hasn't paid me since. She never intended to give me my deposit money back from the start. And just falsely accused me of spoiling the bed to get out of paying me back. Such a cunning women. There are better and clean pgs in kormangala. Do not be fooled by this pg aunty.

Less than one star. Starting pg aunty said advance 3k in that 1k maintenance charge but while vacating the pg she said 2k is maintenance charge. suddenly she changed the rule. Don't stay in this pg as likely u may also suffer the same and that worst lady told dinner is served from 7.30 to 10.30pm bt 9pm itself dinner finished, only white rise will available n if we asks to her she said directly go and eat outside other girls had more food so what i can do. I saw small insect in the butter milk glass. Lift is not working and tv also not working. Finally very bad experience in this pg. I never ever seen this type of bad pg aunty. Starting she spoken soft nicely. When I said I will vacate the pg tht day onwards she spoke with me very rudely. You r telling this is fake, I will show you phone pay n google pay transaction history, which I have sent monthly pg rent and that to you received pg rent amount also to in your personal mobile number..got it pg Lady.. Still you want clarification? Go and check your camera footage. May be After that you will come to know.

Rooms are very tiny and lift is not operating. Food is not up to mark only South food and no north indian. PG owner lady everytime says that building owner is asking to pay more rent than only lift will get operated and she increased the rent drastically and demanded me to pay, fir which I didn't agree, so she told to vacate the room very rudely. To wash clothes we need to go by steps to 5,th floor, and no facity to dry clothes.....,.

Worst behaiviour of pg anty.She is a very greedy person.At first she acts very sweet and nice but after that she tries to get note of our salary and increases the rent within one month.she collects different rent from each girls according to their job and salary even if all are sharing the same 3 sharing room and says us not to tell our rent amount to anyone else.she also goes to her hometown often and we wont even have food for 1 week .and if we question her she will ask us to leave pgand says she will get other people.please do not go to this pg falling for her fake behaviour at first
