“Please read this before joining. So I stayed here for 3 months. When we joined we thought we would only have to pay the rent. But there are hidden charges and they ask you to pay for electricity and water and everything is overpriced. The rooms we got were not clean and the walls were stained and damaged so we thought it wouldn’t affect us since we got it that way. But when we vacated they deducted paint damages money from us even thought it was tainted before and they are reluctant about giving back your deposit. It takes a lot of time. The food sucks. Not even worth the quality. There’s no range in the place. The WiFi sucks. Everything is bad. Recently my friends laptop got stolen by the people working there. Can’t even trust their security or workers. Property not worth it. You can find better places for lesser rent Update- It’s been more than 2 months since I vacated and I still haven’t received my deposit money. There’s no response from stanza either. Please be careful”

“Very disappointing experience in this PG. • Sales person gave wrong information before joining. • They never told that only 2 meals per day are provided. • Electricity bill and WiFi recharge are not included — residents must pay separately. • They charged ₹1200 per resident for ration during Iran Israel War, but still the food quantity is reduced and not a full plate. • Important details were hidden during booking. • There is a 3–6 month lock-in period, so residents cannot leave even if they are unhappy. Overall, I feel misled by the management. Please confirm all details clearly before joining this PG.”

David Johnson★★★★★This is one of the worst pg in Bangalore.Take this pg at your own risk.I am going to tell you why it's worst 1- Mobile network is literally 0 here everytime 2- The food quality they provide is worst.Chapati is always cold 3- There are no good restaurants to eat near it. 4- They always charge electricity bill too high.Everymomth it comes around 1100-1200 per person 5- Room size is too small 6 - Rent is too high.Initially in the app they will mention rent as low but they take too much of maintenance charge and all those stuff 7- They will always ask you to live here for minimum duration of 3 months.Dont take it as security deposit they take is too much and getting refund is too tough

Varchaswa Vaish★★★★★• Poor internet connectivity. • Low speed, high pings and packet losses. • Food limits are there, even standard quantity food is insufficient. • Hidden charges like water bill, common area electricity and utility bills, you rent can go beyond the standard rent which is shown to you. • No table provided in rooms in case if you want to keep your stuff, manage it yourself. • They do not even allow you to have your own Wi-Fi connection, struggle with whatever is provided. Suggestion: Never agree to a long term lock-in period, like 6 months or 1 year.

Please inform and change that before you onboard * They'll take huge... for me it was around 17k... Security deposit. But won't return on time... They'll send special mails for the dalays of refunds... * They'll charge heavy electricity bill and wifi doesn't work well as well... You cannot doo normal calls here with any sim * They cut money from security deposit if you are not careful... So please take a proper video of what's working and what's not.... * Dirty sinks.... food I'll give 2.5/5 people who works here as house keeping doesn't know how to keep dining area Clean... There will be on or the other problem... * *Important one* : they'll take 60days to return deposit.... Better to goo to some other PG where deposit money is 3k where they cut 1k while leaving... Please don't goo for 3/6months contract if you are not sure..... I suggest you to goo to some near by pg and later rent some room or flat with your frds... If we

The Resident captain always changes without intimating us. I tried reach the RC but unable to reach. I handed over keys 16th morning and they charged me 2700 rupees for 1 week . it is unfair practice from stanza dont ever prefer stanza hidelberg house. It's been 45 days they didnot refund my money yet. For 1 day giving key late they charge 2700 but they delayed my money as per there agreement but no answer.

Firstly i had booked a room a month prior to moving in and they mentioned there would be a gym and other facilities and when i reached bangalore from my native turned out they didn't have any of those facilities they mentioned and ALSO they gave my room which was already booked to someone else and i had to live in anotherroom and only got my room.when i strictly demanded it. The housekeeping only came in to clean once every two weeks, their RC Vanitha was very problematic and they didn't even do anything about it despite complaining to them and worst part of all after completing my tenure they refuse to even give back my deposit. They are money mongers who do not provide proper facilities and service and i would highly recommend NOT TO stay in this place.

I have stayed in the STANZA LIVING HEIDELBERG HOUSE for 3 months, completed my lock in period and when it was time to checkout they denied to refund my money inspite of completing the 3 months lock in period. Initially we had raised a concern with the team that our contract initiated for whole year in your system and during that team it was agreed that contract is for whole year but lock in needs to be completed for 3 months. When I was trying to initiate checkout the staff service is so poor that they don't properly communicate the rules and regulations and worst is the Stanza application which is always getting hung up and so many technical glitches. I would definitely not recommend this coliving space to anyone. Please check some other option where in a company is providing service with integrity. For any company to succeed it shouldn't treat its customers unfairly just with sole intention of grabbing and making more money. Their business doesn't have any ethics.

Ayush Pramod★★★★★Very rude woman manager. She showed the whole property except the rooms and was asking me do the booking for a double sharing room for 12000 Rupees and made me do pre booking of 12000 for it. I changed my mind later to cancel the pre booking and reached out to her for the same and the customer service also as its written in their policy that pre booking amount is 100% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. 6000 for each bed was taken from me for pre booking of the double room but she later denied to cancel and asked me to reach out to the operations team. The woman later tells me only 500 is booking fee and rest is rent money which was false information given to me at the time of booking. Neither she provided the contact information or helped us get through that or provided any contact of anybody to help us cancel it. Its a straight forward scam of stanza and their workers as customer service is not reachable either through mail or phone and manager of this property was talking rudely asking me to do anything i want and that she won’t refund the money. I lost my 12000 rupees and with no service given. Even the photos are misleading as they don’t have any tables and chairs for wo
