One of the worst service I seen, we booked 8 Rooms and on spot I requested one extra room for myself and only of for night stay. The manager excepted and given the room and requested to vacate early in the morning at least 7 AM. On 11.15 called me to vacate one guest arriving 6 AM and you should vacate within 6.30AM. In that time I requested give at least up to 7 AM. But reply is not good. We need to pay whatever is our commitment not considering our request. Any way I feel very bad

The service is extremely slow, staff least bothered to attend you, hardly anything in the menu was available. Please improve the services in your hotel. Not recommended for people coming all the way from Dharwad for Dinner/ Lunch. Whatever food we had was at par, nothing great about this newly opened restaurant. The most funniest part here was the staff themselves were ditching about their hotel and it's poor service.

Superb lighting...below average food Smily Manager.....workers don't know how to serve..no table manners.. Our dining experience started with avg starters..came after so long..after tasting it, we decided to limit our order for the main course..on top of that food quality so poor.. U can cancel items..if you don't like the items..( won't be included in the bill)..so u can understand the situation.. Everything is late..even the bill too.. Don't waste time and money.. though I am wasting to review to save your money and time..

We had visited the restaurant for the first time, in the beginning we found the service was slow and later when there was a LIVE WORM in the mint chutney they behaved very casually as if it wasn’t a big deal and it very normal. Very bad service and the staff in bar restaurant are very bad and billing is just cheating. When checked why service is so poor the answer was “there is a birthday party in the ground floor and you have to adjust”. We will never make a mistake to visit again.

I highly don’t recommend the restaurant.We waited at the table for one hour but didn’t get any food not even starters and they just got everything at once roti, rice all at once but didn’t get us starters. How can someone get roti and rice at the same time rice would get cold till we finish roti. so we came back without eating and ordered from zomato. Truly its a “Grand Mistake “
