“PROS: 1. A nice talking owner 2. A newly opened PG 3. Since it's a new PG, it has new cots, beds, curtains etc 4. Floor & bathroom cleaning is done alternative days CONS: 1. Poor wifi connection. It goes down now and then. If you are doing WFH, don't even think of joining this PG 2. Food quality is too low grade. 3. Whole PG has one washing machine. 4. The rent is high/almost equivalent compared to other PGs 5. No parking space 6. Rats are all over the area. 7. Power backup is there only for lights and plug 7. No modern facilities like TV, Lift, Fridge (Which other PGs provide at the same price)”

“Worst PG ever. Owner is money minded and very rude behaviour. No security for peoples belongings and money. If we raise any concerns, he will back fire us for raising them. Friends are not allowed inside the hostel. No power backup, No lift, poor Wi-Fi connection and worst management.Think carefully before joining this horrible and worst PG ever I saw.”

Once he allowed some unknown person without any identity and he collected nearly 1Lakh from hostel guys and went away. No power backup, poor Wi-Fi connection and very horrible food. If we raise any concerns owner ( Vishnu) is very arrogant and rude. Attention Guys please think twice before joining this worst and horrible PG
