“I stayed at this PG from Oct 2024 to Mar 25. Rent is fine then they randomly increased 99rs for maintenance. The lift was faulty often. I even had to switch rooms because someone else wanted a double sharing room. The manager is sweet when talking these things but as soon as it comes to deposit he isn't. The elevators or power box was faulty due to rats. Only 2 washing machine available. Also the one month notice has to be given on the rent agreement date not just one month before vacating which is a ridiculous policy I haven't seen anywhere else. This was not in my agreement but in newer ones but he kept claiming it was in mine.”

“The worst PG experience; the Wi-Fi fails daily and food is never on time. The staff, especially Archana, is incredibly rude and screams at residents. The kitchen is filthy, and they insult you for trying to cook for yourself. I felt deeply mistreated by the owner, who was disrespectful and argued on calls. They send payment links before the due date and ignore digital proof. Unprofessional management that does not value its tenants; stay elsewhere.”

Sanjana Sanj★★★★★I stayed at this PG for a year. The food was a major disappointment.There was very little variety in the menu, and hygiene in the kitchen area was also very dirty. Most importantly you wont get a permanent room as soon as you go, you’ll have roam all over the building whenever the manager asks you to change the room which is very irritating. The rooms are also very congested. The person who comes to clean the room. The maid doesn’t clean the rooms properly, sweeping and mopping are done very carelessly, and dust keeps accumulating in corners. The management needs to look into this seriously and ensure proper cleaning is done regularly. The elevator frequently stops working, and it takes around 5 days or more to get it repaired every time. This is very inconvenient, especially for people staying on higher floors. For name sake they have mentioned South Indian and North Indian food is available but they only make North Indian food. Rats and Cockroaches are also staying with the girls in PG. For 100’s of people staying in pg there are only 2 washing machine available. And if we put our clothes to dry in the terrace few clothes will be missing.

Pros: The rooms are well-ventilated, which is a positive aspect.wardrobe space is good.you get one 3 tier small table. Cons: Food Quality: The food is consistently disappointing. Maintenance: Despite charging a significant maintenance fee, the services provided do not reflect the cost. General upkeep is poor. Cleanliness: There's a lack of regular cleaning and sweeping in common areas. Laundry Facilities: There are only two washing machines for all four floors of girls, and they are constantly breaking down. They’re often dirty and rarely maintained. Self-Kitchen: The kitchen is usually dirty and has a persistent foul smell. It's poorly maintained. Refrigerator Space: The fridges are always overcrowded and disorganized. Overall, the management needs to seriously reconsider their service standards if they want to justify the prices they charge.

The in-charge manager, Rakesh, failed to inform me in advance that notice needed to be submitted through the app. Due to a minor delay of just five days, I was charged for an entire month’s rent, even though I stayed for only three days during that period. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. I was even warned that I wouldn’t be allowed to take my belongings, which felt highly unprofessional and intimidating. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and comes across as exploitative. Charging a full month’s rent for such a small delay, without proper communication beforehand, is unreasonable and unfair. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this PG.

Titiksha Dash★★★★★All reviews are positive, okay! 🤣🤣 Food is tasteless. And too spicy. If you don't mind eating from outside, then stay here. Location, freedom & room cleanliness are the only good things. Edit: Madam I didn't have any problem with the south Indian food made in pg. It was good. I also like South Indian food. Its just that lemon rice / tomato rice and most of the curries were really spicy. They tasted spicy even to other South Indian girls in the pg. We even complained to Mithun bhaiya many times but nothing changed.

Nagaveni Swamy★★★★★I have been here for 17 days. The maintenance is very poor. Sometimes u may not get water in purifier to drink. Washroom clean is done only twice a week. Pungent smell comes from dining hall. Hairs will be seen on the floor. If u don't like pg they don't return your advance. They don't keep the words. They are cheaters. Don't see the goggle picture and come here. There is no proper communication between owner and the manager. No distubin in rooms. Washing machine condition is not good.
