“Very bad experience. I was with my family only for one night while travelling back from Kerala to pune. The hotel is on second floor without a working lift. Also the hotel staff is not keen in helping you with the luggage. The room was not clean and neither the bathroom. The rooms didn't have any drinking water and had to be bought. It didn't have glasses too. It was stinking with cigarette smoke smell which when told to manager he sprayed a freshner. The food we ordered for dinner was tasteless and we hardly ate it. We had a extra bed which the bell boy brought and kept in the room as it is. He didn't even make the bed. I had to put the bedsheet etc. The staff was not helpful and didn't even help to get the luggage down from the second floor to parking. I have already raised the concerns with OYO from where I booked. Let's see if they give a proper feedback to the manager”

Hotel charge Pay after check out time is not applicable.It was not upto the expectations. room service was very very bad and bathroom also not cleaned properly & No water. My 2 stars less to this place is because there was a lift but not in a working condition so our room is on the 3rd floor.So climbing is very tiredly.When we ordered food here at 9 pm, we received it about 2 hours late. Food menu some item available.some not. The mangement has to seriouly look into this matter.

Aryan Gupta★★★★★As the name says 'Tumbay Comforts' meaning very comfortable I guess in Kannada this place is just perfect for a 2-3 days visit. But the comfort that I was refering to was the room. My 2 stars less to this place is because there was a lift but not in a working condition so you have to climb 6 flights of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor. When we ordered food here at 9 pm, we received it about 2 hours late. The mangement has to seriouly look into this matter.
