Overall, the college provides a decent academic environment and infrastructure. However, when it comes to placements, there's a clear disparity that's hard to ignore. I don’t want to point fingers at any individual, but it’s quite evident that those with close ties to the department receive special referrals and treatment, while others — even with equal or greater potential — are left without the right platforms or support. During the final semester, we were asked about our preferred job roles and the kind of companies we’d like to work with. Unfortunately, the actual placement drives did not reflect any of those preferences. For instance, if someone has pursued BCA or BCom, the companies that were brought in had little to no relevance to those fields. Instead, the majority of opportunities were in telecalling or BPO roles, which many of us could have applied to directly after 12th, without spending lakhs on a degree. The placement cell tends to blame students for not taking the opportunities provided — but I ask, what real opportunity was there? After investing so much time, effort, and money, we expected at least some companies that align with our education and skill set. To b

Worst HR department they have ,especially Kavitha. my wife is pregnant She worked till eight months of her pregnancy. For the last month of salary, asking her to come and collect the cheque when she is 37week pregnant should travel? When she visited the HR office of her last day of working in collage. Nobody inform that last salary will be give in cheque including Kavitha(HR) we thought they will credit to their own Soundarya Bank.when she ask why the salary is not credited then HR department will say the last salary will be given in cheque that is our rules. This way the institution HR department their respond for pregnant staff.I was having very good opinion with Soundarya institution and management. but now everything is gone. why I am posting this now Because no women should be treated like this when they’re pregnant HR department giving stress. Management, please monitor the HR department how they will respond I had worst experience today
