Very disappointed with this pg,m paying 9500rs for 3 sharing with expectation of general food and cleanliness but im getting hair in food and extra protein (like cockroachs ) although m vegetarian and there is no facility available please be prepaid if your clothes gets stolen or your stuff get stolen from the fridge

**Hateful Review for Shree Niketana Luxurious PG** My experience at Shree Niketana Luxurious PG was WORST!. The food was watery tasteless, unhygienic, and the services were just as awful . But what made it even worse was how the owner treated me. They were really rude & careless. It felt like they were playing favorites and treating some people better than others. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had visited this PG related to room for my wife. The lady who spoke over phone assured of vacant rooms but after reaching there (with wife and full luggage) was told that "somebody else" had paid amount in advance and hence no rooms. Didn't have the courtesy to come out of office and talk. Believe me there are lots of other excellent ladies PG which are safer and better than this one , in Jaya Nagar.

This review is not only about my advance refund, before joining please think carefully and ask about all policies and facilities because in my experience there were cockroaches in cupboards, rooms and food areas, cleaning was poor, I found hair in the food multiple times, my clothes went missing, CCTV was not checked after I complained, patients were accommodated with students without proper information, male staff were sent to clean rooms and washrooms which was never informed before joining, and sometimes they knocked harshly and did not wait properly before entering, I informed them 11 days before vacating but my advance was not returned and some rules were only mentioned while vacating and not at the time of joining, at least clean the cockroach-filled cupboards and rooms properly for future residents because people are paying money to stay here not staying for free, this is my genuine experience and if anyone has doubts please visit and check the conditions yourself before joining.

I had a very bad experience staying in this PG. There was almost no mobile network inside the building and the Wi-Fi was also not working properly most of the time. The food quality was extremely poor and not hygienic. I stayed here for only one month because the conditions were really uncomfortable. Even though there was no proper maintenance, they still charged ₹3000 as a maintenance fee, which was unfair. Overall, my experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this PG.
