I stayed with my friends in this hotel for a single night. I can't say it in a few words such as disgusting, awkward etc. Such a horrible hotel. They charged 1800 per night for 3 persons. The rooms were so unclean, unhygienic for anyone. Bedsheets were not cleaned and covered with full of hairs and dust. Rooms are also like dustbins. The toilet was horrible like anyone can get multiple infections. Even they haven't provided us toilet rolls. I asked them to clean the room but the person is saying adjust for one night. After request he himself cleaned the toilet and spread that water completely inside the room. In my life I had never seen such a disgusting hotel in my life. Please friends it's a completely fake reviewed hotel so avoid it in any way. I'm attaching pics of it.

Not recommended to anyone. We stayed here for 1 night. The resort is in very very bad condition. Rooms are very unhygienic and not properly ventilated. No hot water in bathroom, geyser was not working. No WiFi, no working TV. Lack of maintenance. You won't touch the water taps if you look at the condition. Please check the photos. Think 100 times before booking any room here.

Looking for a pet-friendly hotel in Shimoga proved to be quite a task, and after much search, I chose this hotel based on its 4.6 rating. Turns out, that the rating might a marketing gimmick and not genuine. The cleanliness was seriously lacking, especially in the washrooms with their broken doors, unclean and rusted taps, mirrors etc. There were quite a few power cuts in the night and, there were disturbing noises that felt like objects being thrown throughout the night. The rooms were unhygienic. Giving 1 star for this place only for 3 reasons: they accommodated our pet, AC was working and provided hot water in the morning. The behaviour of the staffs was okay and not up to the mark. This place isn’t located in the heart of the city, it is away from the city and no buses will be available to travel to this place unless you have your own vehicle to move around. However, considering the overall state of the hotel and safety concerns, I don’t recommend it for a stay.

Wish I could give it a negative rating! Gross sheets with blood and yellow stains... and no soap or any toiletries. Cockroach infestation in the bathroom, and dusty smoky smell in rooms covered strong perfume like smell that gave us allergies... please don't come here worst experience ever

Rooms and service is pathetic. There was no mats in the bathroom. Bathroom fittings are broken. No hot water. Staff at the lodge had no odea about anything. No response to queries or complaints. The rooms are overcharged for the facilities available.

Kindly do not enter this property seeing exterior photos. Very badly maintained room and unclean toilet. Even spreads were not changed and hairs found on all corners. Iron staircase will be an uphill task for elders to climb. No hot water also but was later provided in buckets. Advise to the owner to kindly show sone interest.

My life's worst experience of stay. Worst rooms. Pethetic bathroom with very bad floor and smell. Gangs of mosquitoes. Not at all suitable for families. Dirty bed and pillows. No toiletries provided. Not even bottle of water. Reception guy was amazingly bad and no manner. He knocked my door at 5.30am to check either hot water is available or not. And he knocked again at 9am for same thing. His name is baburao. Do not make online booking for this hotel. Or you will regret later. No public transportation available near hotel. Do not enter to this worst hotel.

This place is a hole in the pocket. It's not even situated in a prime or core areas of the city and charges more like a hotels situated inside the city. For a plate of egg rice the guy charges 50 INR and the quantity was not even full as i have shown below and for half tea he charges 10 INR. So , if you're budget oriented please don't visit this place at any cost. Even the taste wasn't that great. I could have rated 0 stars but there's no option.

Don't even think about staying here. This doesn't even maintain standards set by OYO. I wonder how OYO is ok with this. There was no latch for bathroom door and had to get it fixed after checking in. There were cockroaches and lizards in bathroom. No sign of hygiene or cleanliness in room and bathroom. Blankets were dirty too. Don't look into other reviews with 5stars I'm sure those are posted by hotel staff itself. I highly recommend you to go check the room and then check in
