Not worthy, rooms are good but no ventilation. Food is not good, and please change the cook immediately. Has availability of Zomato, swiggy etc. Toilet and wash rooms are not cleaned regularly Shutter will be closed after 10:30 PM ( please change this rule) after that no entry.

From my own experience ( stayed for 2 months ), I noted down these points- Con's : • Food : Average-taste, 3 times a day-meals. • Evening snacks & tea - not served. • Room maintenance - not bad. • Room infrastructure - Attached small bathroom, small Rooms-which accommodate 3 people. In Rooms small cupboards are provided ( it can be used for keeping books ).Many cupboards have broken locks ( not suitable for keeping valuables ). single chair & Reading Table provided. • Corridor lighting - very poor. • hot Water : Available-for bath but, one has to collect hot water from top floor. Room Ventilation & lighting : Bad. • For 20+ Rooms-only two 500 litres overhead tanks are there,every now & then water will be dried out. *Worst experience-when there is a load sheddings-as water will be not available till evening. Pro's : • Pg is located very near to PESITM & JNN Bus stop. Note : 3 sharing & 4 sharing Rooms available. 3 sharing - 4200 Rs/Head.( Room with attach bath Rooms ). 4 sharing - 3800 Rs/head ( Common bathroom ). Advance : 5000 Rs-negotiable. ( Deduction of 1000 Rs-cleaning charge-while vacating rooms ). * PG Timings : Open - 6 Am Close - 10 Pm.
