Zolo Neel- PG in Whitefield

I had one of the worst experiences with Zolo Neel. I booked a room from Mumbai based on their advertised pictures, but on arrival, there was no proper road due to construction, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. I decided not to check in, yet after paying ₹11,000, they refused to refund my money. Their excuse was a 30-day notice period, even though I never stayed a single day. Shockingly, they even blamed me for paying in advance instead of checking the room first – despite their misleading ads. It has been over two weeks with no response from their side. Unprofessional, unethical, and misleading. Avoid Zolo Neel at all costs.
